Welcome to Reception Weekend Twente & Nijmegen Congratulations for making it to the World’s largest relay race and Europe’s largest student party! Brace yourself for
an unforgettable weekend of awesomeness with your fellow AIESECers.
It is your own choice and responsibility to be present and on time for all activities! This booklet contains everything you need to know for the reception weekend. Save it on your phone or print it and make sure you don’t miss any of
the great activities we have in store.

Saturday
10:00 – 11:30 Arrival and building up your tents
Possibility to grab breakfast from the AIESEC office between 10:00 and 11:00, so make sure to be here on time!
17:45 – 18:15 Watch the finish of Rosanne and Ryan 19:00 – 22:00 BBQ + pre-drinks 22:00 - ……… Party the night away
11:45 – 12:30 Move to Aquadrome 12:30 – 17:00 Indoor swimming pool 17:00 – 17:45 Move back to watch finish
Sunday:
11:00 – 12:00 Hangover breakfast at the AIESEC Twente office
Packing list
- Swimming suit - Tent - Sleeping bag - Sleeping mat/ air bed - Sunglasses & sun cream - Toiletries - Clothes - Money in cash. There is only 1 ATM on campus and experience from last years has shown that it runs out of
cash pretty quickly - Raincoat /just in case/ - USB speakers, if you have good ones

Getting to Zwembad Aquadrome:
Take bus line 9 (direction Enschede central) from stop “Kennispark/UT”, after reaching Enschede central switch to bus line 4 (direction Stroinkslanden) and get off at stop “Enschede, Aquadrome”. You’re there! The person at the counter will have a list with names of everyone who signed up for the day activity. Just tell them you’re from AIESEC and your names and you should be able to enter.

• Minimum amount of alcohol consumed per person on this weekend: 5 l
• Don’t smoke and drive…even your bike!
• Don’t give money to the funny beggar in the city center!
• Do not miss the finish of our fantastic runners!
• Don’t go to bed before you’ve made it to your tent!
