A Poached egg is an egg that has been cooked by poaching in water.

The egg is cracked then placed into boiling water and cooked until the egg white has solidified but egg yolk remains soft.

The secret to making the perfect poached egg is to add a few drops of vinegar to the boiling water.

Over Medium means the egg is cooked on both sides but the egg yolk is no longer runny.

Over Hard means the egg has been cooked both sides and the egg yolk is hard (Well done).

Scrambled eggs is a dish made from beaten eggs. They are cooked on a hot pan and stirred frequently, forming curds as they coagulate.

You can add ingredients the eggs such as ham, cheese, spinach, bacon, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms etc.
