Blurred vision

A man visited a doctor with red eyes and profuse tearing. He also complained of periodic eye pain and difficulty to open eyes. On physical examination the doctor found cloudy cornea with paracentral ulceration and hypopyon filled of the anterior chamber. Since the patient suffers from blurred vision he wanted his vision improved. The doctors explained some options : one of these was corneal transplantation. After the inflammation resolve, the patient may receive corneal transplantation.
