Week beginning Monday 22nd June 2020
Hello Boys and Girls! We have reached our last week in Room 1! I have loved being your teacher this year! You have made me a very happy
teacher with all of the hard work you have been doing! I am so very proud of each and every one of you! I look forward to seeing all of your smiling
faces back at school in August! I have added some fun activities since you have been working super hard! Keep being the stars that you are!

Maths
OUTDOOR MATHS
CHALLENGE- 1.Find 10 flowers 2.Make a triangle from twigs 3.Make a pattern using leaves and twigs 4. Find 6 daisies 5. Make a circle using stones 6. Write numbers on the ground using chalk ( if you have any)7. Find 2 twigs and 4 stones how many altogether?8. Find 6 daisies take 2 away how many left?9. make a square using sticks
10. See how may 2d shapes you can spot in the environment e.g. – slab= a square

Words~sun fun sand cone beach hat sea fish Try to write a summer sentence using the words above.REMEMBER to use capital letters and full stops.
Try writing each word in ~rainbow colours ~ CAPITAL LETTERS ~ Fancy letters
ReadingThis week you can choose your own book from Oxford Owl. Try listening to the story then try reading along. You could also visit - https://www.storylineonline.net/ and listen to your favourite stories.

Design your favourite ice cream cone. Try to include some patterns in your design. You could use pens, crayons, chalk or even paint!
