AMCOR maintains a wide range of equipment to ensure appropriate machinery is
assigned to each job. This means that work does not take
longer, or cost more, than it should.
AMCOR is commiDed to ensuring its equipment is in good
working order at all mes. Pre-Starts are conducted daily and
maintenance and servicing is tracked through a fleet mainte-
nance soFware system. This ensures that servicing and re-
pairs are completed and recorded promptly.

COMPANY OVERVIEW
AMCOR Excava ons Pty Ltd (AMCOR) is a versa le company specializing in earth-
moving and bulk haulage. For over 9 years AMCOR has been growing and
expanding to meet customer needs.
AMCOR has experience and exper se in everything to do with earthmoving and is
highly mo vated by any new challenges. AMCOR understands to expect the
unexpected and is prepared to suggest solu ons when confronted with any
complex or novel situa on.
Good rela onships with suppliers, careful planning and experienced employees
allow AMCOR to provide its clients with quality services at a reasonable price.
Through open communica on with customers and regular job monitoring,
AMCOR ensures that services are provided to the highest standard.
AMCOR has provided services throughout Queensland and interstate and
currently maintains office, shed and maintenance facili es in Moura, Wandoan
and Yeppoon.

Supply and delivery of potable water is a requirement of many work sites,
camps and rural proper es. AMCOR holds a current Food Business Licence
as required for the lawful delivery of potable water. AMCOR’s potable
water truck is fully equipped for delivery to a variety of tank sizes and is
council inspected to ensure its compliance with the strict standards for
potable water delivery.

POTABLE WATER DELIVERY
ENVIRONMENT & REHABILITATION
AMCOR has experience in assis ng clients to meet their environmental
sustainability objec ves. Erosion control and drainage, site rehabilita on /
revegeta on and fluid haulage (e.g. drill water) are amongst the variety of
services that AMCOR provides to the coal mining and coal seam gas industries.
AMCOR understands the necessity of achieving rehabilita on objec ves to the
required standards. In compliance with the Environmental Protec on Act 1994,
AMCOR holds a Registra on Cer ficate for Regulated Waste Transport which
enables AMCOR to legally transport drill water and other regulated waste. As
required, AMCOR maintains accurate logs of waste transfer including loca on of
collec on, loca on of disposal and quan ty carted. This informa on is available
to clients for their repor ng purposes.

CIVIL CONSTRUCTION
AMCOR has completed numerous civil construc on projects including drill pad
prepara on, haul road crossings & extensions, installa on of culverts, laydown
areas and clean water diversions. AMCOR has the ability to work to detailed
plans and provide As Built drawings on comple on. Inspec on Test Plans (ITPs)
form part of AMCOR’s project management approach to civil construc on
projects. Experience and exper se in all areas of earthmoving allows AMCOR to
ensure a finished product that meets client requirements.
AMCOR has undertaken various crushing and screening projects including crush-
ing of both rock and coal. Works includes ini al excava on of overburden and
topsoil, crushing, screening, dust suppression, stockpile management, loading,
car ng, sampling and tes ng. Products are produced in accordance with client
specifica ons for size and quality. Tes ng by NATA registered companies in
accordance with MRTS 05 is conducted, recorded and reported as required.

SUMMARY EXPERIENCE
For over 9 years AMCOR has been providing a variety of services to the Coal
Seam Gas (“CSG”) and Mining industries; as well as Council, Main Roads and the
Rural Sector.
Services have been provided seven days per week and, when required, 24hrs per
day. These services include:
• drill site prepara on;
• drill site rehabilita on;
• road building/maintenance (including for Council and Main Roads);
• gas pipeline e-ins;
• pond rehabilita on;
• fluid haulage;
• Crushing and screening,
• potable water deliveries;
• concre ng;
• pipe installa ons;
• culvert installa on;
• erosion control & drainage;
• fencing;
• bulk haulage; and
• par cipa on in Australia’s first PropStop campaign.
AMCOR has enjoyed a good working rela onship with its various clients over the
years and has retained many clients long term. Works have been carried out
around Queensland including the Surat and Bowen Basins, with some oil work
done in remote areas such as the Southern Georgina Basin NT. AMCOR has well
equipped office, shed and maintenance facili es in Moura, Wandoan and
Yeppoon.
AMCOR is able to provide clients with cost tracking and detailed job progress
repor ng as required. This may include daily ac vity reports and/or daily cost
tracking
AMCOR’s workforce is trained to meet the requirements of the various
industries. All employees have current Coal Board Medicals and Construc on
Cards and a number have Standard 11 Training, Wellsite Permit to Work Training
Rev 3, Cer ficate II in Conserva on and Land Management (weed & seed
cer fica on) and Rev 5 Permit Training (RIIRIS201B Conduct Local Risk Control).

SAFETY
AMCOR has an excellent safety record and is looking to be a leader in safety
within the industry. AMCOR understands that maintaining a safe working
environment is an ongoing process and has structured its business to ensure that
working safely is a daily priority. Examples of AMCOR safety ini a ves include:
• Development of Broad Brush Risk Assessments and implementa on of a
Job Risk Analyses process on site.
• Regular review, with a cross sec on of the workforce including
experienced operators, of Standard Work Method Statements for equip-
ment.
• Use of a Hazard & Housekeeping Inspec on Checklist to conduct site
audits.
• Monthly Toolbox Talk presenta ons to share and discuss relevant safety
topics.
• Arranging employee par cipa on in safety training ini a ves e.g. Defen-
sive Driver Training.
• Use of In Vehicle Monitoring Systems (IVMS) to monitor seat belt usage,
speed and journey mes.
• Implementa on of Site Set-Up Checklists and Sign In Boxes to ensure sites
are safe, personnel are accounted for and relevant safety informa on is
available to, and understood by, all those present on a work site.
• Development of Authority to Work documents for all personnel clearly
iden fying relevant training, qualifica ons and induc on status.
• SeQng safety goals with appropriate meframes to address areas within
the business that AMCOR has marked for improvement. Safety goals are
determined with input from a cross sec on of the workforce and with
ideas drawn from trends in daily hazard observa ons, incident informa on
from others in the industry, audit findings, presenta ons and/or training
provided by clients, etc.
• Maintenance of various registers including a Daily Hazard Observa ons
Register and Material Safety Data Sheet Register.
• Conduc ng Mock Emergencies to ensure personnel are prepared and able
to act appropriately in the event of an emergency.
In addi on to conduc ng rou ne self-audits, AMCOR has welcomed safety audits
by clients as a means of iden fying areas for improvement. To date clients have
been pleased with AMCOR’s performance and commitment to safety.
