Data Protection Impact Assessments All new projects, initiatives and processes that involve using or sharing personal information will have a Data Protection Impact Assessment during the initial stages and prior to any procurement decision being made. This helps to assess privacy risks to individuals and identifies the legal basis for the collection, use and disclosure of information, known as processing. All Data Protection Impact Assessments when completed will be submitted to the Data Protection Officer for review and the Caldicott Guardian for approval. Delivering EMIS for Enhanced Care Communities - Currently, CWP Community staff use the community EMIS system as their electronic patient record. When they access the community EMIS patient record, they have the ability to also see the GP patient record (for information purposes only). This provides the most up-to-date information from the GP. The changes will enable the Countess of Chester Hospital to access the patient’s community EMIS record, and therefore the GP patient record by default and will enable information to be shared with medical

professionals working in the Countess of Chester Hospital.

EMIS - To enable information sharing between CWP Starting Well service and Vale Royal GPs so that records for children and families with a Vale Royal GP who reside in Northwich and Winsford District are visible to each service. This will support effective communication in relation to safeguarding children and in continuity of record and information that supports clinical decision making.

Mastercall Ltd - Collection and analysis of existing data held on Adastra system which then populates “My Performance” to produce collective and individual performance data. The purpose of collecting information in this way is to provide individual and collective performance feedback for GP’s working in the GP Out of Hours Service.

Silvercloud - the Silvercloud portal will allow patients to self-refer to the service using a digital offer. Patients can do an assessment on line and can undertake CBT on line which is a more efficient way of accessing treatment.

Child Health Information System (CHIS) transfer of service - Provision of Child Health Information Services across Cheshire and Merseyside has been commissioned by NHSE/I from South Central and West CSU (SCW) to commence 1 April 2020. In order to ensure integrity of data within each child’s record and continuity of care for the child, a copy of the data must be available for testing prior to migration into the live system. Data will be made available by existing CHIS providers in good time for take-on of the service by SCW.

video consultations on the AccuRx (Fleming) platform is to minimise face-to-face contacts between healthcare staff and their patients as by NHS England in the delivery of healthcare during the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

Attend Anywhere – a web-based video consultation platform called ‘Attend Anywhere’, for video consultations. This is in the context of the coronavirus outbreak (Covid-19) and the Trust’s role as a category one responder under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004.

Mental Health Crisis Line - The establishment of the mental health crisis line which will be manned by CWP staff. The crisis line will move towards the 111 governed system of voice recording. This is to provide ongoing training opportunities and also for the safety of callers and staff.
