DRAG-FINISHING SYSTEM

USF Surface Preparation Group, Walther Trowal Div., Heber Springs, Ark. I

Drag fmishing was designed to re- place costly, large-scale manual op- erations. A standard Walther Trowal TMD Draw Finishing ma- chine consists of a stationary work bowl and a rotary turntable with one rotating satellite station for fixtured work pieces. Sophisticated, user- oriented features include infinite speed adjustment for the satellite station, separate drive of turntables and satellite station, and a program- mable control center.
