Input - Pb-Zn Tailings slurry received from existing DCT.
Slurry - Pumped to 4 Nos. high efficient E-disc Filters to produce
cake with 20 % moisture.
Cake combined with cement, slurry and water at set ratio - Mixed in
a Mixer to produce paste of required consistency and viscosity.
Paste - Pumped by means of high pressure plunger pumps with
delivery pressure of 120 bars to the underground mine distribution
system for backfilling.
Binders – Received from 2 Nos. Cement Silos of 800 T capacities.
Silo Unloading - Weigh Feeder & Screw Conveyor – For Automatic
feeding of Cement to the Mixer.
Pipeline - 6 Km Dense & Plant Piping system along with necessary
valves & fittings.
