On-site dietician

Enjoy free, personalized consultations from our

registered dietician. This service is available

on-site to all employees, even if not members

of the fitness center.

vitamin samples and an informational supplement

Outreach services We’ll work with your department to customize an

exercise plan that supports how your body moves

on the job. From proper posture for use at a desk,

to stretches if you’re on your feet for the day, our

team can personalize an exercise program and bring

it direct to your department

Individualized exercise programs

Work with a certified personal trainer for

one-on-one strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility

training. Sessions can be purchased in single sessions

or in a package of eight, 12 or 24, and range from

45 minutes to an hour.

Recreational leagues

Take advantage of the Optimal You fitness

facilities to have get your exercise in through fun

recreational leagues, like volleyball, soccer, running

clubs and much more.
