Hardware condition Main frequency, CPU over 133MHZ 128M EMS memory 20G HD space Display supporting 24 bit real color, over 1024x768 resolutionKey board, mouse2. Software condition WINDOWS98 or higher version WINDOWS2.0 Installation proceduresRun SETUP. EXE installation program, click Next step button as per prompt till installation is finished, installation program will be auto installed in default folder. 3.0 Operation manualThis system is made up of several function module :1Start menu

2System login:

Input user name in user name directly, or input user code (for example: Admin), system will auto extract user name, user Admin default password is empty with all operation right.

3System appearance

System main menu includes two parts:(a) Integrators real time data: total, instantaneous flow rate an belt speed.(b) Monitor data: hour total, run total, shift total, and current integrator communication status. In normal status of communication between computer and integrator, communication status will display in light green and dark green alternatively.4Menu Menu chart

1 Logout userLogoutLogin in different authority, input correct User name and User password then corresponding management authority gets granted.

2 User authority managementAs shown in below menu, input user management authority user name and password, click SURE.

Enter authority setup menu, as shown in below menu

a User code, user name: at the upper left of dialog chart, representing current selected user info. b Authority name table: representing authority to be set up, authority with ahead, means this authority is available. Otherwise, it is not available. c Update authority: after modify current user selected authority, click this button and modify this authority.d User list table: user list table at the upper right of dialog chart, it lists all user names. Select one user, this user info. will be displayed at the upper left of the dialog chart. Then authority and password can be changed and deleted. Admin user: has all the authority, default password is empty, it can not be deleted in user management, it can not be modified with authority, but it can be changed with password. Default password is empty, please change the password as soon as possible.

GUEST user: it is guest user, default has exit system authority, default password is empty, it can not be deleted in user management, but it can be changed with authority and password.e Add user: click add user in system control, below is displayed:

Click cancel, to close new user input dialog chart.Input user code, user name, password and confirm password (new password must be same as confirm password), then click create to add one new user to be displayed in user list table. Add many users by repeating several times, new users have no any authority, they are to be set with corresponding authority. f Delete user: click one user in user list, if delete button is in available mode, select YES to delete this user, which can not be reset.g Change password: changing one user password is available. As shown in below menu on changing Guest user password.

3 ExitExitUser with this authority can exit from belt scale management system program. Exit belt scale management system program may cause data incorrect on hour total, run total and shift total, and do not save them in database, checking historical data is not available. 4 Communication SettingAs shown in below menu, it is communication interface of computer and integrator 6000. set comm. port between computer and integrator 6000. Baud rage, parity bit, data bits, and stop bits should be same as integrator 6000 setting, otherwise, communication is not available.

5 Shift setupa Shift setup (as below steps)Shift no. : the shift qty. distributed in a day

Above menu sets up each day shift no. each shift name, each shift begin time. Each shift begin time should increase in sequence from top to bottom.Firstly select shift no., as shown in above menu, select 3 (it means each day is distributed in 3 shifts), in below table, change each shift begin time, shift name and shift belonging in sequence.Shift belonging with means it should be saved in a previous day of next shift. (above menu morning shift and night shift with )For example: shift begin time: 003000, July 12, 2012, it is morning shift, the data of evening begun at 16:30:00 July 11, 2012 should be saved, the saved time should be July 11, 2012.

For example: shift begin time: 83000, July 12, 2012, it is afternoon shift, the data of morning begun at 00:30:00 July 12, 2012 should be saved, the saved time should be July 11, 2012.

For example: shift begin time: 163000, July 12, 2012, it is evening shift, the data of afternoon begun at 8:30:00 July 12, 2012 should be saved, the saved time should be July 12, 2012.

Changing data method: click content to be changed button, then input or select content. Shift name should be different. Shift begin time should be different from small to big.b Shift value setupas below stepsShift value: shift group no.

This menu sets up shift value no. , shift name, and shift people.Firstly select shift value, as shown in above menu, select 4 (means total 4 shift groups), in above menu, change each shift value name and shift people in sequence. Changing method: same as shift no. setup. shift value name should be different.c Arranging shift rules setting (as below steps:This menu sets base date, and a cycle shift sequence, as below menu.Base date: it means when the first number of arranging shift will be executed.Cycle arranging shift sequence: number represents shift value, arranging shift sequence should be : shift no. X shift value multiples. As shown in below menu:123412341234..length 12 is multiples of shift no. 3 and shift value 4, from the first bit, they are MorningAfternoonEveningMorningAfternoonEveningMorningAfternoonEveningMorningAfternoonEveningin sequence, corresponding figure represents shift value, for example, the first bit 1 represents shift 1, morning shift.

d Test as below step:)This menu check arranging shift is right or not. As per below menu prompt, check shift no. is right or not in sequence:

It proves right, then click NEXT to enter storage menu.e Storage settingas below steps

Click Finish to save setting data and exit . Click Back to return back to up page to change.

For the data not to be saved, click Cancel to exit.

Note: the data changed and saved will be in effective till exit and login management system again.6 Run recordCheck system run record: including run record and hour record. Only one record is available for checking at same time. Run record: it is total conveyed for belt from start to stop..Hour record: total from some hour to a next hour.

7 Report statisticAs shown in below figure

Check and print shift, day, month, year etc. historic data record.8 Historical curve Check and print historical flow rate curve in selected period, which can be displayed and printed in line chart, bar graph, handle diagram.

5Troubleshooting 1. Integrator communication errors or not transmit dataThe following several kind of situations occur: (a) In communication setup, computer serial port selected incorrect.(b) Baud rate, parity bit, data bit and stop bit are set different from integrators setup.(c) RS232/485 converter powered off or damaged(d) Communication circuit failure(e) Integrator comm. Board damaged or station no. failure. 2.Data print error or not print data(a) Reconfiguration of WINDOWS, printers should be in coincide. (b) Check print cable.3. Prompt serial port errorClose other serial port program used, ensure only one serial port program is used.Appendix1 Integrator comm. settingBaud Rate9600Parity None
