The real time data is key to establishing automated workflow triggers which

drive operational efficiency across the business.

The solution platform graphical representation of the data helps to easily understand

what is being captured and reported back.

Triggers are aligned to events for specific action to be taken in response, such as,

alerting cleaning staff after an unpredicted peak in washroom usage or notifying FM

staff that specified public bins are full and need emptying. As well as automated

workflows triggered by specific events, decision-based triggers can also be used such

as where air quality monitors fall below a given threshold or chiller units temperature

increases. These triggers can alert individuals to investigate the issue and decide on

the next course of action.

The real time data is stored, long term, for big data analysis to take place. This will

provide deeper insight into possible behavioural patterns or unpredicted

peaks/troughs in demand driving fundamental operational change to drive down

A multi-user platform for the agricultural sector that allows the visualisation of high value agronomic data.

The system allows the monitoring of natural spaces, fields and farms by measuring environmental variables such as temperature, humidity or pressure, soil temperature and moisture, wind speed, wind vane, leaf moisture and pluviometry.

This data will provide useful information for farmers and help them in their daily lives. The end-to-end solution includes both the sensors and the platform, where data is analysed and recommendations and alerts are generated.

Contactless visitor book. QR code available to smart scan by visitors for sign in – scrapping traditional visitor books.

Digital Visitor Book is visible though a web portal – visitors sign in using a mobile web app or the Visitor Book application which can be installed from the iOS and Google Playstore. The Visitor Book is integrated to Office 365 so that when an appointment is created, you can inject the Visitor Book link that will either open a web page or the installed app.

Paperless and automated reception for digital visitor book. Preset contact details to reduce reception registration times. At the point of registration, if using the O365 add in, the system will automatically notify the meeting organiser.

Post Covid 19 the requirement to reduce the amount of unnecessary physical contact through technology, the Visitor Book system eliminates the need for people to touch pens, paper and electronic kiosks. Foreign object detection is an important security, safety and quality control in any aviation environment; where small debris, loose objects and wildlife has the potential to cause damage to airport equipment and delays to runway operation. The solution detects the presence of moving personnel and vehicles at a range of several kilometers.

The detection of debris and perimeter security, border control, drug trafficking control on borders, war zone front lines security, Drone detection.

e-scan micro-Doppler radars and counter-drone solutions are deployed in 35 countries, including, for example, by the UK Ministry of Defence in Afghanistan, in South Korea monitoring the demilitarised zone (DMZ), and by the United States Department of Défense in Iraq.

Scheduling cleaning tasks according to use rather than time based rotas.

One of the largest complaints within public facing facilities are the cleanliness of the washrooms especially in areas such as lack of soap / supplies and availability of toilet rolls, overflowing waste bins and the overall cleanliness and appearance of the washrooms.

The number one reason such facilities fail is due to scheduled activities which do not take into account usage. E.g. toilet cleaning rota, sudden volume of unexpected persons using the facility (workman, sports teams), with the issue that the cleaner does not return for 1 hour. The solution ensures that washrooms are cleaned when required and conversely, cleaners are not sent to clean the washroom if it is not or underused.

Reactive Maintenance

Automatically scheduling repairs or preventative maintenance based on actual data from machinery rather than relying on call / help desks and manual monitoring of sensors.

Today large numbers of machinery and devices now have embedded sensors installed at the point of manufacture or installation feeding data to inaccessible locations for the OEM or simply raise alerts via email / visualisations.

Downtime and lost working hours or material loses (such as stock perishing in faulty fridges or freezers) is attributed to alerts not reaching the right people or being missed or the lag between reporting and reacting. Waste Monitoring for Collection Management

Waste bins quality and visual impact on a site is one of the top 5 reasons for complaints that impact customers Ultrasonic measurement of how full waste bins are so they can be identified as requiring emptying as required instead of waiting for a scheduled clean, so resources can be deployed as and when required.

University Campus wishes to reduce the amount of litter on site and ensure bins are emptied in a timely manner. The issue has been further increased with the introduction of recycling bins and the university's green initiative.

Within retail one of the top five reasons customers complain about a retail location is the state of the waste bins and general waste management.

The software application combined with the tablet device has provided Herts NHS Trust with a solution to the problem of sending and receiving real-time delivery & collection information to drivers and other NHS workers. It is entered into the ‘Building Better Healthcare’ Awards.

Using a series of drop-down menus for speed and ease of use, the driver can scan barcodes and record signatures for proof of collection or delivery. A tablet can also be used as a phone to contact the control center or departments as required. This is an important safety feature for the drivers, who work alone, so that they can always contact someone during an emergency.

The software encrypts and transfers information back to the control center in real-time. This is an important feature to meet data protection and confidentiality requirements because it ensures that data is never stored on the device, in case they are misplaced or stolen.
