What is a Great Small Group Leader’s Role?

Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them-not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock. And when the Chief shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will never fade away. -1 Peter 5:2-4

On your own– No, you do not have what it takes, this is why the leader of our Small Groups, is the greatest leader who ever walked on planet earth, Jesus Christ!

Can you be a great leader? Yes, Jesus calls the unschooled, ordinary men and women to follow him and then turns them into world changers. If you follow Jesus Christ, the World’s Greatest Small Group Leader, he will use you to do extraordinary things. You can do this!
