The entry fee can paid be in cash or in cheque which is to be drafted to Edge of Europe. The entryfee is:
EUR 40 for both runners and walkers prior to January 1st 2012. After which time the cost ofentry will become EUR 50.
On receipt of your application we will manually enter you into the event and you will receive:
An email once you are entered by us confirming your transaction with your receipt and proofof entry.
You will receive an email prior to Bay Run '12 with all the details on how to pick up your racepack this information will also be provided on our website.
Terms and Conditions:
1. There will be no refunds facility available.2. The race will be managed and conducted in accordance with AAI rules and regulations.3. You must be over 18 on the day of the event to take part.4. Registration cannot be given to another person, therefore the details of the registered personcannot be used by different participant.5. It is the responsibility of the participant to be at the start line 30 mins prior to the race. Bustransport will be provided for free from Bantry to the race start.6. It is the responsibility of the runner to bring their number with them on the day of the event. Thenumbers can be picked up the night before at the Maritime Hotel or on the morning of Bay Run '12.Further details of how to pick up your race pack will be emailed to you.7. We do not accept responsibility for personal injury caused by the misconduct of the participant,we are covered for public liability insurance.
