Need for AchievementDefinisi:

• Dorongan (untuk) Berprestasi (Need of Achievement) adalah keinginan/tekad untukbekerja dengan baik atau melampaui standarprestasi. Standar tersebut bisa berupa prestasidiri sendiri di masa lampau (Improvement); ukuran yang objektif (results orientation); melebihi orang lain (competitiveness); sasaranyang menantang; atau sesuatu yang belumdilakukan orang lain (innovation).
