Terms & Conditions No bookings are confirmed until this document is received completed, signed and dated. The hotel promotes responsible service and consumption of alcohol. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove intoxicated patrons from the hotel at anytime. We ask than you please enjoy your function responsibly. LARGE GROUP BOOKING DETAILS – FAQ
PARTIES OF 12 OR MORE GUESTS CAN BE ON ONE OF OUR BANQUET MENUS ($55, $75 OR $90)
TO SECURE A BOOKING YOU MUST COMPLETE AND RETURN THE CONFIRMATION FORM. NO LARGE BOOKINGS ARE CONFIRMED UNTIL THIS IS RETURNED AND WE DO NOT HOLD THE SPACE WHILST WAITING FOR THIS FORM TO BE RETURNED. TO AVOID MISSING OUT ON YOUR PREFERRED TIME SLOT AND DATE WE RECOMMEND RETURNING YOUR CONFIRMATION FORM ASAP.
WE ALLOW A 2.5 HOUR SEATING FOR BOOKINGS OF 12 OR MORE GUESTS.
ALL GUESTS MUST ARRIVE ON TIME AS YOUR FOOD WILL START COMING OUT 15 MINS AFTER YOUR BOOKING START TIME, NO EXCEPTIONS.
CHANGES TO NUMBERS MADE AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE WILL INCUR NO FEE. CHANGES MADE TO NUMBERS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE BOOKING WILL INCUR A $25 PER HEAD CHARGE.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED FOR INCLUDING VEGETARIANS, GLUTEN INTOLERANCE, SEAFOOD ALLERGY, VEGANS ETC ON OUR BANQUET MENU HOWEVER PLEASE NOTIFY US IN ADVANCE AS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE FOR THESE ON THE NIGHT WITHOUT NOTICE.
