BANQUET MENU
Meal Guarantee: One month prior to your event, please contact your Catering Manager at 800.950.7615 or 920.755.2376to discuss your menu selections, any specifics relating to your function as well as the estimated number guest. Aminimum guarantee of attendance must be received before 12:00 noon, seven business days prior to the event. This isthe minimum number for which you will be charged. The hotel will provide seating and food for 5% above the designatedguarantee count. The guarantee listed on the banquet event order will apply if not revised three business days prior to theevent. No reductions in guarantee will be accepted less than three business days prior to the event. Buffet style meals arescheduled for 1.5 hours of service and require a 35 person minimum. If a buffet style meal is selected and the minimum of35 persons is not met the following charges will apply; $3 per person for breakfast and lunch buffets and $5 per person fordinner buffets. The maximum number of entrées for a plated meal style is 2 plus 1 additional special menu request, ie.,vegetarian, gluten free or any other dietary restriction. Clients must provide entrée place cards to determine guests' entréeselections.
Taxes/Pricing: All Federal, State and Municipal taxes are applicable and will be assessed to all goods and services(including a 17% service charge). Groups requesting sales tax exemption must submit a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.All banquet menu prices are subject to change without notice.
Food and Beverage Services: All food and beverage must be supplied by the Resort and no food or beverage may beremoved from the Resort. Our Banquet menus are designed to provide a full range of menu and beverage options.. Allservices must be coordinated in accordance with state and local laws and Fox Hills Resort policy. The guest agrees tobegin the function at the scheduled time and agrees to have guests vacate the designated function space at the closinghour indicated on the Banquet Event Order. To better serve our guests' and to ensure the quality of meal selections, it isimportant that your group be seated and ready for meal services at the agreed upon time which is indicated on theBanquet Event Order. Functions will be staffed as the guarantee dictates to properly service your event.
Function Space and Requirements: Fox Hills Resort reserves the right to adjust the room assignment based upon theactual number guaranteed. All room rental charges will remain in effect, specific room assignments can only beguaranteed by strict adherence to minimum guarantees. Any changes in banquet/meeting room setup within 24 hours ofyour scheduled function will be subject to additional labor charge of $100.
Banquet Room Liability: Fox Hills Resort reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for thedamages to the premises will be charged to the representative making the arrangements at the actual repair orreplacement cost. Please note the following: Tape, nails, push pins or potential damaging fasteners MAY NOT be used tohang signs or other materials on the walls in the Resort. Easels are available through the Resort for this purpose andarrangements must be made thru our Sales department to hang banners or signage. The use of smoke machines, openflames and/or aerosol foam string is prohibited
Security: Fox Hills Resort does not assume responsibility for the damage to or loss of any merchandise or articles left inthe Resort prior to, during or following an event. This includes individual guest's and vendors belongings. Fox Hills Resortreserves the right to request additional security at prevailing rates charged to the client.
Audiovisual Equipment: One standard hand held microphone and screen are included at no extra charge per group,subject to availability, Any additional AV equipment must be ordered in advance and will be added to your bill.
Subcontractors: The Catering Department will be happy to refer florists, decorators, musicians or photographers. Allsubcontractors must abide by Fox Hills Resort policies.
Payment: Deposits and final payments are outlined in the Catering or Sales contract. The amount due for additionalguests or additional food and beverage items are payable at the end of the function unless other arrangements have beenmade through the Sales Department. All cancellations must be received in writing. In the event you cancel your function,all deposits are nonrefundable.
