Menu Defining

Different menus with dishes name can be defined.

Any dish can be set inactive temporarily from menu for

onward bookings.

Banquet reservation

This module helps booking different halls for marriages,

get-together, birthdays & meetings etc.

Booking under different status is possible like confirmed,

tentative, postponed & canceled etc.

Booking is possible under different types (Barat, Walima,

Get-Together, Meeting etc.), times (Brunch, Lunch, Hi-tea,

Aftari, Dinner etc.) under different Halls.

Different details feeding for customer like Company,

Name, phone, cell, fax, address, city, CNIC, NTN with

special remarks, theme, kitchen remarks, guaranteed &

expected pax and drivers.

Option for using pre-defined, customized or previously

used/billed menu with per pax rate, per serving (transport,

stage, heater) & per each (mineral water, prawn) option.

Function rate, discount, G.S.T, With-holding & kitchen

special remarks etc.

Banquets advances / sales / recoveries

Banquet advances through accounting voucher integrated

with banquet booking & shows advance amount status at

reservation sheet.

Banquet serial number wise sales with final pax &

additional items editing.

G.S.T & with-holding tax application with auto adjustment

of advances against banquet reservation.

Cash, credit card and authorized credit billing option.

Accounting Module: This module will control all monetary transaction of your organization. User can define unlimited accounts under 4 level of chart of accounts. For transactions, different Vouchers are available. Standardized accounting reports are already included like vouchers, ledgers, running, parallel & 6 column trial balance etc. Accounts Defining:

Accountant will define customized chart of accounts. Manual or auto coding of accounts is

possible.

A/c defining under C.O.A with details

Different details of accounts like bank information, cell, phone, fax & address etc. can be

enter.

Accounting Vouchers:

Cash payment & receipt voucher

Separate voucher for cash transaction. Option to handle multiple cash accounts in same

voucher.

Bank Payment & receipt voucher

Separate voucher for multiple bank transaction with cheque tracking.

Journal voucher

Allows selecting different accounts at the same time for debit & credit entry.

Items Defining

User can define unlimited items under different chart of items. These Items can be

segregated as raw or finished products; moreover it can be bifurcated as kitchen or

bar item. This bifurcation helps printing different K.O.T slips to relevant department

as cooking and delivery order.

G.R.N / Purchase / Consumption

Segregated raw items can be entered in goods receive note (G.R.N) for stock keeping.

These purchase bills will not only manage inventory as well as directly integrated with

accounting transaction for vendors and updating their respective ledgers.

Raw items can be store in different warehouses like main stores, side stores, cold

storages etc.

This G.R.N has the capability to enter purchase bills of vendors & to issue / consume

those items at the same time to kitchens in case of fresh items like chicken, meat &

milk etc.

G.S.T management is integrated as well as freight and discount accounts.

Inventory keeping, issuance & returns

Store & kitchen wise issuance of raw & general items helps indicating cost and

quantities a store or kitchen is consuming.

Store wise detail & summarized cost sheets.

Related Reports

Items report with codes & sale price.

Purchase invoices with summary and day to day item activity.

Current available stock & store wise summarized & detail cost sheet.
