Our lunch banquet menu items are available from 11 am—2 pm for groups of 20 or more. Price includes choice of coffee, tea or milk.
Cobb Salad $10.5 The salad that has it all! Grilled chicken, chopped egg, pasta, avocado, tomato, bacon, ham, snow peas and select cheeses. Served with Sweetwaters’ house dressing and a dinner roll. Almond Mandarin Chicken Salad $10 Tender chicken folded in a mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon dressing, with mandarin oranges and toasted almonds. Served with fresh fruit and a homemade muffin. AsianCrunch Salad $10 Marinated chicken, romaine, scallions, peppers, snow pea pods and crispy noodles. Tossed in a special dressing featuring mayonnaise, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil. Chicken Caesar Salad $10 Crisp romaine, homemade croutons and grated parmesan tossed with Caesar dressing and topped with a grilled chicken breast. Shrimp or Salmon Caesar $12.5 Carolina Pulled Pork $10 Fork tender, slow‐roasted pork atop a toasted hoagie bun with creamy coleslaw. Served with a tangy barbeque sauce and crispy French fries. Crabmeat, Shrimp and Mushroom Melt $9.5 Tasty sea legs, baby shrimp and sautéed mushrooms heaped on a toasted English muffin and topped with melted cheddar cheese. Served with crispy fries. Grilled Black Angus Burger $10 A generous third‐pound burger made from lean angus sirloin served with your choice of Swiss cheese and sautéed mushrooms or cheddar cheese and crisp bacon. Served with French fries. Chicken Fajita Wrap $9.5 Grilled chicken combined with sautéed onions and peppers, shredded lettuce and a blend of cheeses. Wrapped in a warmed honey‐wheat tortilla. Served with French fries. BeerBatter Cod $10 A tender cod fillet dipped in beer batter and quick‐fried. Served on a hoagie roll with shredded lettuce, our homemade tartar sauce and a side of fries.
Chicken Portabella $16 Breast of chicken topped with grilled portabellas, spinach and melted gouda cheese. Chicken Eau Claire $17 Breast of chicken stuffed with wild rice, mushrooms, spinach and cheeses. Chicken Tchoupitoulas $18 Piquant chicken sautéed with a Cajun‐style potato, ham and mushroom hash. Topped with a creamy sauce béarnaise.
All buffets are served with tossed assorted greens with condiments, freshly baked rolls with butter, steamed fresh

Served with garlic smashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. Chicken Tchoupitoulas $12 Our house specialty! Piquant chicken sautéed with a Cajun‐style potato, ham and mushroom hash. Topped with a creamy sauce béarnaise. Luncheon Steak $14 A special cut New York strip fire‐grilled to order and served with garlic smashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. Steak Tidbits $12 Tender chunks of sirloin sautéed with fresh garlic and slivered onions and mushrooms then simmered in a rich beef gravy. Served over penne pasta. Perfectly ripened domestic cheese board including Wisconsin cheddar, baby‐eye Swiss, spicy pepper‐Jack, Danish Havarti, smoked pepperoni‐cheddar and more. Garnished with sugared grapes and fresh berries.
Artichoke and spinach dip served warm with home‐made toasted herb and Parmesan sprinkled
pita chips or our nine layer Southwest dip with toasted multi‐color tortilla chips.

Thank you for considering Sweetwaters Restaurant as the site of your upcoming event.
Sweetwaters is a very service oriented restaurant. Our professional staff will work hard to ensure that you and your guests have a pleasant experience during your entire event.
As you review our banquet menu, you will notice we offer a wide variety of entrées and buffets for your consideration. We are also happy to design special menus or offer suggestions that might meet your budget guidelines.
Sweetwaters Restaurant requests a $50.00 deposit to hold a private dining area for your use. This deposit is deducted from the total balance due at the conclusion of your event. We request a 48‐hour guarantee on the expected guest attendance. Sweetwaters will staff and prepare food according to your guaranteed guest count and will charge for the guaranteed count or actual head count, whichever is higher. Payment is due at the completion of the event, please no separate checks.
Sweetwaters Restaurant reserves the right to add a $50.00 charge per room if certain food and beverage minimums are not met.
Because of food and beverage codes, we are unable to allow carry‐in food and beverage products. Specialty cakes are allowed provided they are prepared by a licensed bakery.
All prices listed are subject to a 17% service charge and 5.5% state sales tax.
