How Double Glazing Works: Computer controlled, the BDGL glass double glazing line bonds the two sheets of glass to precise tolerances with a special dual seal around an aluminum spacer. It can produce individual window is up to 2.7 by 1.8 meters.

It can reduce outer sound up to 50%-80% (for fix windows : 70%-90%, for swing windows : 60%-80% & for sliding windows: 60%-70%).

Heat Loss Calculation: In a typical single-glazed window, heat loss is measured at a U value of 5.88 W/m C.

With BDGL Double Glazing the heat loss is more than halved to 2.81.

Take a double glazed unit with standard glass, fill it with Argon gas and you reduce the value to 2.56.

Now consider the additional benefits. Use Low E glass for double glazing and heat loss drops to 2.01; or combine Argon gas filling with Low E glass and the heat loss drops to a staggering U value of 1.67.

It’s an pretty pld concept of façade design. A Façade stick curtain Wall is de�ned as thin, usually aluminum-framed wall, containing in-�lls of glass, or metal panels. The wind and gravity loads of the curtain walls are transferred to the building structure, typically at the �oor line. In the stick system, the curtain wall frame and glass panels are installed and connected together piece by piece .

Semi-unitized curtain walls are suitable for smaller projects or larger projects that requires many wall conditions.In this system, the mullion members are separately installed �rst, then pre-assembled framing units are placed between them. These units may be full story height, or divided into a spandrel unit and a vision glass unit. Hybrid system is advantage to use when for long span of two �oors, which can be reinforced by steel.

14. Facade semi-unitized Curtain wall:

This is the latest magni�cent products in façade system. Prefabricated wall panels typically include a structural fram-ing system, sheathing, weatherproo�ng, insulation and exterior wall cladding. Prefabrication provides added quality assurance with fabrication under controlled conditions, reduce labor and construction schedule. Prefabricated panels can be provided with a wide range of exterior materials like ornamental metals.

15. Facade unitized Curtain wall:

SPIDERGLASS is a modern solution for exterior bolted glass assemblies, which secures the glazing to support the structure. The high-grade stainless steel �xings are designed to absorb all static and dynamic loads (i.e. the dead weight of the glass, wind loading, snow loads and di�erential expansion due to temperature di�erence) and distrib-ute them to the support structure.SPIDERGLASS is now also certi�ed as blast-enhanced as it has explosion resistant security glazing .It gives �ush appearance and Maximum transparency.

16. Facade spider curtain wall:

The Wall Cladding serves as superb wind barrier and protects walls from dampening. It has the capacity and strength to protect the walls from extreme weather conditions. The wall cladding draws a lot of admiration, with its carved style with the scope of designing in both interiors as well as exteriors. We have our own double glazing glass and aluminum fabrication

plant at Shayestagonj, Habigong on Dhaka Sylhet highway . We

have a fully automated machine set up for Double Glazing Unit

and aluminum fabrication work. The chemicals we are using for

double glazing insulation work is “FENZI” imported from Italy

which ensures long lasting per-formance of the double glazed

glass. As far we know nobody in Bangladesh are using Italian

chemicals at present for double glazing glass work.

The performance of Double Glazing is for 25 years and it is guaranteed that there will be no indifferences in performance by that time. But then again, In any inauspi-cious situation, if vapor originate between two glasses, we will replace the glass.

We provide replacement warranty if the Lock, Wheel, Friction Hinge or Pivot is damaged.

If there is any leakages of water occurs, we will remove the existing seal and seal that part again.

In any unusual circumstances from our side, if the glass breaks, we will replace the glass within shortest possible time.
