(2) The tenerer shall sumit the complaint to the Secretary to the Boarof 9irectors of the Ban!8 after receiving the ecision of the @overnoruner Regulation 4-() or having not receive any timely ecision unerRegulation 4-(-) an shall:

(!. Suspension o3 procurement proceedings

() The timely sumission of a complaint uner Regulation 4- shall not

suspen the procurement proceeings8 e?cept that if a procuring entity!no5s that a complaint is proceeing uner Regulation 4- an uringthis proceeing it receives approval to issue the 6oti;cation of A5ar8 itshall not o so until such time as either:

(a) The tenerer accept the ecision of the aministrative authority atany stage8 orC() The tenerer oes not procee 5ithin 3 5or!ing ays to the Boar of9irectors uner Regulation 4-(3)#
