President of
Administration.
Saint Paul, MN March 9, 2015Ballinger | Leafblad, Inc., an
executive search and
leadership selection firm serving civic sector clients
foundations, nonprofits, higher
education institutions and professional associations is thrilled
to announce the
addition of Jill Harmon as a Principal and Diane Meskan as Vice
President of
Administration.
With more than 20 years in executive search, Jill has been a
Senior Search Consultant
with Korn/Ferry International and was most recently a Partner
with Schall ExecutiveSearch where she led the nonprofit practice.
Jill is also an active executive consultant
withNavigate Forward.
Jill currently serves on the boards of Second Harvest Heartland
and Beyond Walls:
Urban Squash Twin Cities. Her previous board experience includes
Twin Cities Habitat
for Humanity, Community Action Partnership of Ramsey and
Washington Counties,
Landmark Center, The Schubert Club and the Minnesota Museum of
American Art. Jill
makes her home in Saint Paul, MN and is also a lifelong cellist
who has played with the
St. Paul Civic Symphony.
Diane joins Ballinger | Leafblad, Inc. with more than 25 years
of experience as anentrepreneur, business owner and professional
services administrative consultant.
Diane has served as president of the Minneapolis Chamber of
Executive Women
International. She also creates kiln-fired and mosaic glass
works and has sold pieces in
area gift shops and art fairs.
