In conclusion, policy makers in Malaysia and those responsible for implementing and monitoring them are very serious about the achievements of programmes carried out. Their bold and quick measures to adjust and adopt unpredictable happenings such as the Iraq War, the SARs outbreak, threat of terrorisms and the rising oil prices had contributed to the stability of the economy oofMalaysia.
