Sir,

This is to inform you that you are well aware of the fact that pursuant to the Order dated January 10, 2013, passed in the aforesaid matter, Hon’ble Justice Jayanta Kumar Biswas has been pleased to direct you to examine my representation regarding execution of the demolition order which has been passed by you and your board of councilors, and inform me the steps taken for enforcement of the order. Hon’ble Justice further directed that you have to comply the aforesaid order within four weeks of the communication of the aforesaid order to you. Be it mentioned that my Learned Advocate Mr. Shuvanil Chakraborty, through his letter dated March …, 2013 has duly informed you about the aforesaid order. Thereafter on several occasions I also personally have informed you about the existence of the aforesaid order and also prayed before you to take necessary steps in accordance to comply the solemn order of the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta. But this is very unfortunate to state that till date neither you nor any officers have complied the aforesaid order of the Hon’ble High Court. Knowing fully well about the existence of the aforesaid order and also inspite of my several written requests, you have miserably failed and neglected to comply the aforesaid solemn order of this Hon’ble Court dated January 10, 2013 and till date did not take any step to execute the demolition order passed by you. On the other hand, Mr. Ashoke Banerjee is till date continuing business in illegal fashion in the construction which has already been declared illegal by you and your Board of Councillors, creating threat to the original building.

In the abovementioned circumstances, I do pray before you to comply the order dated January 10, 1023 passed by Hon’ble Justice Jayanta Kumar Biswas in the aforesaid matter without any further delay and with immediate effect, preferably within seven days from receipt of this letter and do the needful to execute the demolition order passed by your office, or else I shall be

constrained to move appropriate application before the Hon’ble High Court for Contempt of the solemn order of this Hon’ble Court against you, which you please kindly note. This is for your urgent necessary action.
