INTRODUCTION Baby dumping means that the acts of throw

away the babies at any places without take care the babies.

We can know about this because of this case appears every day in newspapers, we can see that these cases are increasing from time to time.

According to the statistics of baby dumping cases in Malaysia issued by the Headquarters of the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), Bukit Aman, in 2000, a total of 65 cases of baby dumping have been reported throughout the country

INTRODUCTION "Last year 79 such cases were reported

but this year, within the first eight months, 65 cases were reported and it is very disappointing," he told reporters.

Mohd Bakri said statistics showed that from 2005 to yesterday, 472 babies were abandoned throughout the country, of which, 258 were dead and 214 were still alive.

would classify abandoned baby cases under Section 302 of the Penal Code (murder) and under Section 307 (attempted murder).

Those found responsible for babies who die would be investigated for murder while abandoned babies found alive would be classified and investigated as attempted murder.

Development Minister Shahrizat Abdul Jalil told the Dewan Rakyat that according to police statistics, 407 babies were abandoned in the past five years. Selangor recorded the highest figure at (105) babies. The other states registered the following figures: Johor (83), Sabah (65), Sarawak (34), Negeri Sembilan (24), Penang (22), Perak (19), Pahang (17), Kedah (17), Kelantan (10), Terengganu (5), Melaka (3), Kuala Lumpur (2) and Perlis (1).

their kids to become good in their behavior

Parents should be educating not to frighten their kids

By teaching teens to stay out of sexual relationships

CONCLUSION

CONCLUSION Baby dumping is becoming a common

problem in the country and this problem will never end without a solution.

We don’t want more babies dying. Immoral act should be severed from the

early stage So, individual (main role), society and

government must stand together to prevent this problem.

CONCLUSION Poor parental control and lack of

education are one of the root causes. Sex education ?? It should be about the ramifications of

sex out of wedlock, the morality behind such undertakings, the impact on individual, society, finances and law.

CONCLUSION The religious and educational authorities

must play their part in organizing community programs and collaborating with parents to nurture the right values in the young.

It is right if the government has taken the drastic step of categorizing baby dumping as a criminal act as a murder if it meets with all the legal specifications of one.

The government should gives heavier punishment to those who commit this appalling crime.
