• The body of the standard blowgunaccepts either straight or
bent, non-rotating, nozzles.
Through its constant concern for operator safety, Stäubli
hasdeveloped five models combining safety, low noise level
andefficiency to meet the specific requirements of all
applications.
Note
The blowgun cannot be operated if the nozzle is not attached:
this feature also falls within scope of safe operating
procedures.
Practical• The long lever offers great
operational flexibility: thischaracteristic is often sought
byfemale personnel or for repetitiveoperation.
• The lever can also be used for hanging up the blowgun.

Five blowgun models corresponding to five types of nozzle

Safety blowgun with protectiveair shield - MIK
The protective air shield prevents chipsand dust from being
blown back towardsthe operator.
Silent safety blowgun - SIL
This blowgun combines blowingforce and reduced noise level
foroperator comfort.
Safety blowgun with“contact” blowing - COT
A precise blowgun with a long,bent nozzle providing an
accurate,powerful air jet for “contactblowing” in hard-to-reach
areas.
Conventional Zéphirblowgun - ZEP
Basic model for direct, accurateblowing.
Reduced pressure safetyblowgun (Venturi effect) -VEN
The Venturi effect provides low-pressure blowing while
providingmaximum air flow and minimumconsumption, using 80%
outsideair and only 20% compressed air.
Standard versionwith maximum dynamicblowing pressure.
Versions 2S3 and 2S15 with limited dynamic blowing pressure,
equivalent to the standard model supplied at 3 barfor the 2S3 and
1.5 bar for the 2S15.
The dynamic pressure is lowered through a tamperproof system
located in the blowgunbody. With these models, workstations can be
equipped with low-pressure blowgunssupplied from a common 6-bar
compressed air supply system.
