We are witnessing the changes in Education by time. Databases on technologydevelopments and especially storage systems grow, Databases need more memory.The discovery of correlations and relationships within the rapidly increasing size ofexisting data and the nding of valid predictions based on them have become an im-portant concept in the computer age we are in. In many countries' education systemhas used electronic logging software. WEB software has provided a great contribu-tion especially in the processing of training data, in the determination of trainingmanagement strategies, self assessment and in the development plans. Although insome countries university department preferences are free, a good orientation is al-ways needed. While the university department or profession is preferred, it is a goodchoice to process the data in the electronic daily with data mining techniques. Inour research we have used the data mining prediction tree, the WEKA open-codesoftware and the Apriori algorithm. It is a fact that data mining methods give veryeective results in determining the factors that aect the educational success of thestudents.

Yapay ar koloni algoritmas nispeten yeni bir optimizasyon algoritmas olup glo-bal optimizasyon yetenei ve az sayda kontrol parametresine sahip olduu iin dieroptimizasyon algoritmalar ile karlatrldnda birok avantaja sahiptir. Bununlabirlikte orijinal ABC algoritmasnn yeni zm arama denklemi bir rastgele deikeniermektedir. Bu durum arama uzayn etkili bir biimde gezinmeye ve faydalanmayaizin vermez. Gezinme ve faydalanma yeteneklerini gelitirmek iin, bu alma oriji-nal ABC algoritmas ierisine standart hata temelli yeni zm arama mekanizmasentegre ederek yeni bir standart hata temelli yapay ar koloni algoritmas (SEABC)nermektedir. Standart hata yaklam algoritmann iletilmesi esnasnda optimumaday zmleri bularak ve deiiklikleri iteratif olarak gncelleyebilerek gvenli biraralk salar.SEABC algoritmasnn performans iyi bilinen alt deney fonksiyonuzerinde incelenmi ve elde edilen sonular orijinal ABC, GABC, IABC ve PSABCalgoritmalar ile karlatrlmtr. Deneysel sonular nerilen SEABC algoritmas-nn tm kyaslama fonksiyonlar iin genellikle daha yksek yaknsama hzna vedaha iyi arama yeteneine sahip olduunu gstermitir.

Articial bee colony (ABC) algorithm is a relatively new optimization algorithm,which has many advantages compared with other optimization algorithm, such asglobal optimization ability andless control parameters. However, the new solutionsearch equation of original ABC algorithm includes a random variable. This situ-ation does not allow exploring and exploiting the search space eectively. In orderto improve the abilities of exploration and exploitation, this paper proposes a newstandard error-based articial bee colony (SEABC) algorithm by integrating stan-dard error-based new solution search mechanisms into the original ABC algorithm.Standard error approach provides a condence interval that can iteratively updateto the changes and nds the optimum candidate solutions during the execution ofthe algorithm. Theperformance of theSEABC algorithmhas been examined on well-known six numerical benchmark functionsand obtained results have been comparedwith original ABC GABC, IABC ve PSABC algorithms. The experimental resultsdemonstrate that the proposed SEABC algorithm has generally a higher convergencespeed and better search ability for almost benchmark functions.

Robotic systems are used many areas where it is dangerous or dicult for peopleto do. The importance of autonomous robots increased with the Industry 4.0, andthe concept of reliability needed more attention for long term operability of roboticsystems. In this study, reliability based task allocation analysis is performed for robotsby using fuzzy logic. With the help of fuzzy inference system, the result of reliabilitybased task allocation are obtained using the amount of carried load and load carryingdistances. In the study, cases of task allocation based on nearest and reliability wereanalyzed and compared. Experimental results showed that, the system reliability thatoccurs with reliability based task allocation is higher than the system reliability thatoccurs with nearest based task allocation.

The use of databases those containing semantic relationships between wordsis becoming increasingly widespread in order to make natural language processingwork more eective. Instead of the word-bag approach, the suggested semantic spacesgive the distances between words, but they do not express the relation types. In thisstudy, it is shown how semantic spaces can be used to nd the type of relationshipand it is compared with the template method. According to the results obtained ona very large scale, while "is_a" and "opposite" are more successful for semanticspaces for relations, the approach of templates is more successful in the relationtypes "at_location", "made_of" and " non relational ".

More eective detection of corner points in three dimensional (3-D) volumet-ric images can be possible through expansion of Harris corner detection algorithm,which run in two dimensional (2-D) images, into third dimension. In this study, thestandard algorithm of Harris that detected corner points in 2-D slices and its 3-Dversion were implemented in the scale-space to determine the corner points of volu-metric object images. The results obtained in sample object images with 2-D and 3-Dmethods that used dierent approaches for scale-space construction were qualitativelyassessed.

The rainfall prediction is of great importance in the utilization and planning ofwater resources. In this study, the validity of Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System(ANFIS) in rainfall prediction is investigated. An eective way to improve the eciency and extend the life of the machines is todetermine the failures of the bearings during operation. Early detection of bearing fa-ilures also has critical importance in terms of production costs. Various maintenancemethods are used to prevent the failures. Despite all the precautions, unexpected fa-ilures can occur and production operations can be failed. This situation, apart fromconventional methods, requires a novel determination and diagnostic technique. Inthis study, articial intelligence based methods are applied and models are developedin order to detect bearing failures early and to classify the type of failure. In the de-veloped models, it is possible to detect the ring failures depending on dierent loadsand bearing vibration information. In addition, a classication is carried out for thefault from the inner or outer race of the bearing. Determination of the fault, as wellas the diagnosis of the class, will increase stability and productivity, especially incritical industrial applications.

In this study, a wavelet decomposition based method is proposed for determiningthe modulation type of the incoming signal to the receiver which is one of the im-portant problems in intelligent communication systems. In this method, it is aimedto design the transmitted signal for determining the type of M-ary FSK modulatedsignal and to detect the energy in each frequency band by using Discrete WaveletTransform (DWT). For this, standard deviations in the lower bands are as features.In order to evaluate the performance of the classier, simulation studies have beenperformed at dierent signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) levels. When the results for dif-ferent frequency settings, i.e. carrier frequency and frequency range, it is seen thatthe classier using the K-means clustering algorithm has a higher correct classica-tion performance than the results reported in the literature when the suitable carrierfrequency and frequency range are selected.

In this study, a greenhouse automation system was designed by using ArduinoMega card. Web zerindeki verilerin ou yapsal olmayan bir halde bulunmaktadr ve bunedenle makinelerin ileyebilecei bir yapya dntrlmesi gerekmektedir. Dolay-syla yapsal olmayan bu verilerin ncelikle gereksinime gre yapsallatrlmas vekullanm durumlarn dikkate alarak farkl veri modellerinde saklanmas uygun ola-caktr. Gereksinimler ve eitleri arttka tek bir yntem hepsini zmede yetersizkalmaktadr. Buna gre farkl saklama ihtiyalarn karlayan tek bir saklama tek-nolojisinin kullanlmas da uygun olmayacaktr. Farkl tipte emaya sahip depolarn(store) birlikte ve btnleik olarak ynetilmesi veritaban literatrnde multistoreve polystore (oklu depo) olarak ifade edilmektedir. Bu alma kapsamnda VarlkBalama problemi zerinde durularak veriler yapsallatrlacak ve bu veriler farklveri modellerinde btnleik bir ortamda ynetilecektir. Son olarak btnletirilmibu byk veri ortam sorgulanacak ve yntem belirlenerek incelenecektir.

Most of the data on the web is non-structural, and it is required that the datashould be transformed into a machine operable structure. Therefore, it is appropriateto convert the unstructured data into a structured form according to the requirementsand to store those data in dierent data models by considering use cases. As require-ments and their types increase, it fails using one approach to perform on all. Thus,it is not suitable to use a single storage technology to carry out all storage require-ments. Managing stores with various type of schemas in a joint and an integratedmanner is named as multistore and polystore in the database literature. In thispaper, Entity Linking task is leveraged to transform texts into well-formed data andthis data is managed by an integrated environment of dierent data models. Finally,this integrated big data environment will be queried and be examined by presentingthe method.

In this study, the advantages of the parallel compution paradigms are utilized ina recent optimization algorithm, rey algorithm. In the proposed implementation,the population is divided into subpopulations and each subpopulation is run on a dif-ferent processing node. From the results on commonly used benchmark functions, theproposed model enhances the computation cost without comprosing on the solutionquality.

Bu almada, grnt ileme tekniklerine (GT) dayal Sugeno tip sinirsel-bulanksistem (SBS) modeli kullanarak buday danelerinin, ekmeklik ve makarnalk olaraksnandrlmas ilemi sunuldu. SBS modelinin eitim ve test srecinde kullanlacakveri setini elde etmek iin 200 buday danesinin grntleri yksek znrlklkamera ile alnmtr. Uzunluk, genilik, alan, evre ve doluluk olmak zere 5 adetboyut zellii, GIT kullanlarak elde edilmitir. Sonra, SBS modeli, 180 budaydanesinin boyut zellii giri olacak ekilde kullanlarak eitilmi ve modelin do-ruluu da geriye kalan 20 buday danesi ile test edilmitir. nerilen SBS modeli,test srecinde saysal olarak 0.0312 ortalama mutlak hata (OMH) ve %100'lk birdoruluk ile buday danelerini ekmeklik ve makarnalk olarak snandrmtr. Busonular GT ve SBS modelinin buday danelerinin ekmeklik ve makarnalk olaraksnandrlmasnda baarl bir ekilde kullanlabileceini gstermektedir.

In this study, an image processing techniques (IPTs) and a Sugeno-typed neuro-fuzzy system (NFS) model is presented for classifying the wheat grains into bread anddurum. Images of 200 wheat grains are taken by a high resolution camera in orderto generate the data set for training and testing processes of the NFS model. Thefeatures of 5 dimensions which are length, width, area, perimeter and fullness areacquired through using IPT. Then NFS model input with the dimension parametersare trained through 180 wheat grain data and their accuracies are tested via 20data. The proposed NFS model numerically calculate the outputs with mean absoluteerror (MAE) of 0.0312 and classify the grains with accuracy of 100% for the testingprocess. These results show that the IPT based NFS model can be successfully appliedto classication of wheat grains.

Bu balamda literatrde eitli uygulamalar olmakla beraber, bu al-mada aktivite tanmada popler olarak kullanlan yapay sinir a yntemleri (ANN,RBFNN) ve genetik programlama (GP) ynteminin ivmeler verisinden karlanzaman, frekans ve dalgack (wavelet) znitelikleri zerinden performans karlat-rlmas hedef alnmtr. Bahsi geen alma kapsamnda alnan sonulara bakld-nda, ulalan en baarl snandrma performans zaman znitelikleri kullanlarak,ok katmanl perseptronun ara katmannda 31 nron kullanlmas ile %75.09 olarakelde edilmitir.

With the widespread use of wearable sensors, the processing of raw data obtainedfrom sensors has led to widely-used solutions to the problem of activity recognition.In this context, it is aimed to compare the performance of articial neural networkmethods (ANN, RBFNN) and genetic programming (GP) methods over time, frequ-ency and wavelet features extracted from the accelerometer data. The most successfulclassication performance achieved was 75.09% using 31 neurons in the hidden layerof the multilayer perceptron, using time attributes.

There are prosthetic designs that can be used instead of their lack of limbs ofpatients who are partially paralyzed or are amputated of hand, arm or leg. Altho-ugh recent commercial prosthetic hands provide some functional properties, they areso limited and inecient by comparing to original hand of everyday life. Recently,EMG signals have become an indispensable part in human-machine interface designs.Using EMG is an option to establish similarity between prosthesis and original extre-mity. Pattern recognition based prosthesis hand control algorithms have largely beenused to produce articial hand for handicapped people. This paper was investigatedfour classiers (k-nearest neighbor, MLP, RBF and SVM) for multi-functional (fourforearm movements: hand open, hand wrist, exion and extension) hand control byusing EMG signals from forearm muscles. In training and testing of classiers, EMGsignal based statistical features were used. As a result, SVM classier has shown ma-ximum accuracy for all subjects.

Main study areas for robotics research can be given as: mapping, localization,navigation and exploration. Given a robot's current position, partial map of the en-vironment and a goal position; navigation problem can be dened as optimal pathplanning and path following. Path planning and path following problem should behandled according to environment being static or dynamic, robot's mobility capabili-ties, sensors used on the robot and the roughness of the environment. In the study afour wheeled, skid-steering robot with laser range nder and depth sensor is built forGazebo simulation environment. Also a statically structured labyrinth that consistsof 15 degree continuous ramps, 15 degree discontinuous ramps, amorphous holes thatrobot cannot autonomously escape from if fallen into, walls and discontinuous obstac-les that are below the robot laser height. 2D simultaneous localization and mapping,3D mapping, path planning and path following with respect to the 3D map are imple-mented on Robot Operating System (ROS). Optimal path planning in rough terrainis accomplished by combining A* heuristic with a function of height dierence of the3D map nodes. Path following is carried out by turning-to and moving-towards acti-ons on each sequential path node pairs. Tests performed on the labyrinth shows that

obstacle avoidance, path planning and path following can be carried out successfullywith the given implementation.

In this study, the Android-based-mobile applications which are classied as smartpark system and retrievable by the user over Google Play store were investigated.Firstly, 66 unique relevant-application-candidates were retrieved with six queriesran on Google Play store. Afterwards, by doing examinations, smart-park-system-classied nine unique relevant applications were determined from the relevant-application-candidates and these were evaluated and discussed. "RTA Dubai" is the most down-loaded application and furthermore, it is the most up-to-date application togerherwith "Zenpark rzerves un parking" application. When only the smart-park-system-oriented applications are considered, "Zenpark rzerves un parking" is the most do-wnloaded as well as the most up-to-date application. "Voicepark" application comesforward as the one which covers the most number of functions. This study that no li-kewise was encountered in the literature could contribute researcher, the user and/ordeveloper.

Dividing the whole population into subpopulations or subcolonies then evaluatingthem simultaneously is one of the most commonly used parallelization approachesto utilize the computational power of the current systems. However, this type ofparallelization strategy decreases the population diversity because of the division ofthe entire population and needs migrations between subpopulations to maintain thesolution diversity until the end of the iterations. In this study, we proposed a newemigrant creation strategy in which the parameters of the best food source being mig-rated to the neighbor subpopulation is modied with the more appropriate parametersof the randomly determined solution or solutions and investigated its eect on theperformance of the parallel Articial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithm. Experimentalstudies showed that newly proposed emigrant creation strategy based on randomizedsolutions signicantly improved the convergence performance and solution qualitiesof parallel ABC algorithm compared to the its standard serial and ring neighborhoodtopology based parallel implementation for which the best solutions are directly usedas emigrants.

Bu balamda sebep sonuilikisine dayal olarak alan bir YSA sistemi tasarlanmtr. Tasarlanan yapay si-nir ann yapaca gne nm kestiriminin doruluunu arttrmak iin benzergn seim algoritmas gelitirilmitir. Mevsimleri kendi ierisinde deerlendirerek,her mevsim iin farkl bir yapay sinir a oluturulmutur. Tasarlanan YSA modeli,MATLAB benzetim programnda MATLAB'n YSA ara kutusunda bulunan kodlarkullanlmadan tasarlanm, eitilmi ve test edilmitir. nerilen YSA sistemi kulla-nlarak Trabzon ili iin gn ncesi saatlik gne nm tahmini yaplmtr. Yap-lan tahminlerin doruluu, ortalama mutlak yzde hata (OMHY), karesel ortalamahata(KOH), ortalama mutlak hata(OMH) ve korelasyon katsays(r) performans l-tleri ile deerlendirilmitir.

Electricity generation from renewable energy sources is increased day by day. Ac-curate estimation of electricity generation from the renewable energy sources whichhave intermittent and variable characteristics is a requirement to ensure stable ope-ration of the electrical grid. In this study, a multi-layer articial neural network(ANN) system, which is supported by meteorological forecasting data, has been pro-posed to predict day ahead hourly solar radiation. In this context, the ANN systemwhich operates by based on cause-eect relationship has been designed. In order toincrease accuracy of the solar radiation prediction of the designed ANN, a similar dayselection algorithm has been developed. A unique ANN has been constituted for eachseason by evaluating the seasons within itself. The designed ANN model has been de-signed, trained and tested in MATLAB simulation environment without using codesof the MATLAB ANN toolbox. Day ahead hourly solar radiation of Trabzon provincehas been predicted by the proposed ANN. The accuracy of the predictions has beenevaluated by the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE), the root means squarederror (RMSE), the mean absolute error (MAE) and the correlation coecient (r)performance measures.

Temel olarak genetik algoritma tekniine benzeralma prensibine sahip olan diferansiyel evrim algoritmas, dier sezgisel algoritma-lara oranla yapsal olarak daha basit olmasna karn optimum deerlere ulamadadaha kararl bir yntemdir. DEA ile optimum bir mikroerit alak geiren ltre ta-sarm iin, katsal mikroerit iletim hatlar birim hat paralarna blnerek genilikve uzunlua gre empedans deiimi incelenmitir. ncelikle mikroerit iletim hatmodeli seilmitir. Daha sonra ise, DEA bu hatlara ait optimum kalnlk ve uzunluk-larn tespiti iin ayarlanmtr. Algoritma maliyet fonksiyonu aday devrenin salmaparametrelerinin frekans band boyunca incelenmesi ile elde edilmitir ve optimumsonucu verecek parametreleri elde edecek ekilde ayarlanmtr. Son olarak, diferan-siyel evrim algoritmas ile mikroerit band geiren ltre tasarm yaplarak sonulartablo ve grakler ile verilmitir.

In this work, Dierential Evolutionary Algorithm (DEA), a novel and commonlyused optimization algorithm in engineering problems, is applied for the design opti-mization of a low pass lter with exponential transmission lines. Basically the prin-ciple of DEA is similar to genetic algorithms techniques, however compare to meta-heuristic algorithms it has a much simpler algorithm structure and higher stabilitycompare to its counterpart algorithms. For design optimization of low pass lter withexponential transmission lines, each of the transmission lines width and variationwith its length are taken as an optimization variable for DEA. Firstly the unit mic-rostrip transmission line model is chosen. After that, the optimal value of widthsand lengths are obtained via DEA. The cost function of the DEA is based on thecalculation of scattering parameters of candidate's solutions crossed the requestedfrequency bandwidth.

Issue of balance in robotics is best represented by the balancing act of the in-verted pendulums. With their unstable and nonlinear behaviour, Inverted Pendulumsystems are quite popular systems in which various control design methods are app-lied and performance comparisons are carried out. In this study, in order to controlthe pendulum angle and car position of the inverted pendulum system, a fractionalorder PID controller is designed. Gains of the designed controller are optimized byParticle Swarm Optimization method. On the other hand, for the aim of comparisonof performance, conventional PID controllers are used for controllers. The optimumvalues of gains for PID controllers are also found by same optimization algorithm.The simulation results of both controllers are compared for the inverted pendulum.

Diabetes disrupts work by aecting the structure of the eye and afterwards leadsto loss of vision. Depending on the stage of disease that called diabetic retinopathy,there are sudden loss of vision and blurred vision problems. Depending on the stageof disease that called diabetic retinopathy, there are sudden loss of vision and blurredvision problems. Automated detection of vessels in retinal images is a useful studyto diagnose eye diseases, disease classication and other clinical trials. The shapeand structure of the vessels give information about the severity of the disease andthe stage of the disease. Automatic and fast detection of vessels allows for a quickdiagnosis of the disease and the treatment process to start shortly. ROI detection andvessel extraction methods for retinal image are mentioned in this study. It is shownthat the Frangi lter used in image processing can be successfully used in detectionand extraction of vessels.

Bu amaca uy-gun olarak, Solidworks program ile 3 kancal el protezi tasarlanmtr. Daha sonra3 boyutlu yazc ile retimi yaplmtr. Devre tasarm ve retimi yaplan sEMGsinyalleri, mikro denetleyici ile analog sinyallerden dijital sinyallere evrilip servomotor sayesinde temel ekstansiyon ve eksiyon hareketleri yaptrlmtr. Ayn ha-reketler Biopac renci Deney Seti (MP-36) ile tekrarlanarak sEMG sinyallerinindoruluu test edilmitir. Daha sonra retilen devre kart ile servo motorun balolduu 3B yazcdan retimi yaplan kancal el protezi test edilmitir. Sonularkarlatrlmal olarak verilmi ve voltaj deerlerine gre tepki deerleri kiiye zgbelirlenmitir. Tek motor kullanm enerji tasarrufu ve uzun mrllk asndanavantaj salamaktadr. Modelin 3B boyutlu yazcdan retilmesinden dolay hafolmas rahat kullanma destek olmaktadr. Dier yandan retim kolayl ve mali-yeti sayesinde ampute bireylerin bu tarz rnlere ulaabilirliliini kolaylatrabileceidnlmektedir.

In recent years, the detection and analysis of sEMG signals have become acritical point in clinical and preclinical studies in the eld of medical and biomedical.The aim of this study is to design a personalized myoelectric hand prosthesis withthree hooks and single servo motors which can be used in biomedical and medicalelds with low-cost basic extension and exion movements, to be produced with 3-dimensional (3B) printer and to control sEMG signals with the electronic circuitboard. It is designed with the hand prosthesis of 3 hooks with the SolidWorks prog-ram as appropriate. Then it was produced with the 3D printer. The circuit designand production of the sEMG signals were converted to digital signals from the mic-rocontroller and analog signals and the basic motor and exion movements weremade by the servo motor. The same movements were repeated with the Biopac Stu-dent Experiment Set (MP-36) and the accuracy of sEMG signals was tested. Later,

the prototype of the three hooked hand prostheses that produced from the 3D printer,with which the servo motor was connected with the circuit board produced was tested.The results are given comparatively and the response values according to the voltagevalues are determined to be person-specic. The use of a single motor gives an ad-vantage in terms of energy saving and longevity. It is lightweight and comfortable touse because it is produced from the 3D printer. On the other hand, it is thought thatamputees can make it easier for individuals to access these products thanks to theease of production and cost.

The increasing need for energy requires using existing energy sources more ef-ciently. Because it is the active power that supplies useful power for industrialfacilities, reactive power must be minimized, and supplied by another source insteadof electrical grid. Therefore, reactive power supplied by the grid can be reduced viaby correcting power factor of the grid. In electrical power systems, power factor cor-rection is called reactive power compensation. Generating reactive power during ex-cessive excitation, synchronous motors are used as dynamic compensators in powersystems. Synchronous motors are more cost-eective for industrial facilities whenthey are used to generate mechanic power and compensate reactive power, whichincreases the eciency of industrial facilities. There are various studies focusing onthe eciency, capacity and stability of the power system via reactive power compen-sation in the literature. In today's world, there are numerous optimization techniquesinspired by biological systems. One of these techniques is Particle Swarm Optimiza-tion (PSO) inspired by the movements of swarms of birds. This study focuses on the

reactive power compensation of a power system by controlling the excitation currentof a synchronous motor via PSO based PID and Ziegler Nichols (Z-N) based PIDcontrollers.

In this study, the necessary data obtained from the databases (such as MSSQL,Mysql, Postgre SQL, etc.) of the softwares like ETA and NETSS that are used forpre-accountancy of the local and global companies will be read, some of the data willbe written to the databases, and this data will be used by the end user by using mobilephones or tablets carrying Android operating systems and working with internet andcloud technology. In addition, new data sets that are collected on a cloud system fromthe accounting data while the company is on will be studied by genetic algorithmswhich is one of the articial intelligence algorithms. Then, users will be reported bythe App developed here to inform them about the company's and its brach oces'performances and making suggestions about such as nancial budget estimation,stocks investment budget estimation, how to shape the investments. Our App willbe worked on a system of local server, cloud server, mobile devices having Androidoperating system, and include a user interface and articial intelligence workingbackground. The most important aims of this study are supplying the most updatedsoftware and hardware technologies to companies, increasing the easily availabilityand deciding or recommending solutions using the characteristics similar to human,such as making the right analysis and decisions right away more rapidly for morerealistic solutions.

Microblog has become a very popular communication tool among internet usersthese days. Microblog sites are a great data mine for natural language processing.Studies on these platforms are insucient to determine the emotion in texts basedon opinion analysis (positive, negative, neutral). In this study, it was shown hownatural language processing can be used in sentence recognition in texts and a toolfor recognizing emotion in Turkish language has been developed. The texts written byTwitter users are quoted and tagged with tweets that contain feelings of "happiness,fear, anger, sadness". Labeling was done using "left -k" and "binary vector" methods.In both methods, the "happiness" and "fear" classes are labeled with high achieve-ments, but the achievements of the "anger" and "sad" classes are lower because ofthe closeness of the two senses.

Images obtained from the real world environments usually have various distorti-ons in image quality. For example, when an object in motion is lmed, or when anenvironment is being lmed on the move, motion tracking eects occur on the image.Increasing the recognition performance of expert systems, which perform image re-cognition on data obtained under such conditions, is an important research area. Inthis study, we propose a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) based Deep SystemModel (CNN-DSM) for accurate classication of images under challenging conditi-ons. In the proposed model, a new layer is designed in addition to the classical CNNlayers. This layer works as an enhancement layer. For the performance evaluations,various real world surface images were selected from the Curet database. Finally,results are presented and discussed.

In this paper, we present an anomaly detection and localization system for sur-veillance systems. A new feature descriptor is proposed. The spatio-temporal identi-ers are obtained by using optical ow histogram and the structural similarity indexfrom the videos that contain normal conditions. An articial neural network, Self-organizing maps are used in modeling. The proposed system has been tested on theUCSD dataset.

Ayrca bu yerel zniteliklerle ile k-yaslama yaplabilmesi iin global bir znitelik olan HOG znitelii de almayaeklenmitir. Snandrma destek vektr makinesi kullanlarak gerekletirilmitir.Deneysel sonular yerel zniteliklerin global znitelik olan HOG zniteliine kyasladaha baarl olduunu gstermitir.
