DESCRIPTION
Arizona Governor, Jan Brewer, recently signed a bill which eliminated the right to a jury trial for AZ citizens accused of DUI. This is the police and accident report describing her own DUI that was NEVER EVEN PROSECUTED b/c when she was a Senator, she was protected by LEGISLATIVE IMMUNITY! It's no wonder she doesn't care about jury trials for DUI, there's no penalty if she commits this crime anyway! People should be outraged that this woman is willingly stripping them of their Constitutional rights as if they are insignificant annoyances. Wake up, people.
