HOW TO REGISTER AT AYSO 644 WESTON Please allow at least 5-10 min for this process Click on REGISTER at the AYSO 644 website (www.ayso644.org) or visit the InLeague website directly (https://ayso644.inleague.org): Click on Register as a New User:

Enter your e-mail address and then re-enter it for verification:

Fulfill the First Time Volunteer Account Creation with your information. This info should be from the adult responsible for the player, the information about the player will be entered in a following page.

At the end, click on Create User Account:

Your account in now created. You may either include more contacts to your family and/or register your player(s):

Now you need to fulfill the information from your player. When you’re done, click on Create Player Record:

If you need to add another player, click on Add a New Player to Family Profile. If not, you may click on Family Profile Complete – Continue to Next Steps:

You must complete parent/volunteer registration for every user in your family profile before you may register a player. So, if you see a screen like this, you must click on Register Now:

You must confirm your contact info by clicking on the checkbox and you may also volunteer for Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Referee, Division Director, League Admin Staff or Team Parent. After you’re done, you must click on Update Fall 2018 Volunteer Preferences:

Now you may register your player by clicking on Register Now:

You’ll be directed to an informative page as follows. Read carefully and click on Next Page at the bottom of the page:

You’ll be directed to a Disclaimer, Assumption of Risk, Waiver and Consent Agreements page as follows. Read carefully, click on the checkbox once you’re done and click on I consent to these documents as of (date) at the bottom of the page:

In the next screen, you should input your player’s information:

This is where the referral should be done. Please select “Friend whose child is in AYSO” and input the current AYSO player’s name in the following box. After you’re done fulfilling everything, please click on Preview Registration:

You’ll be directed to a page to review all the info you provided. Please read carefully.

If the information on the preview is not accurate, please describe the change needed in the last box. Otherwise simply click on Proceed to E-Sign and Payment:

You’ll be directed to a page like the one below. You must click on Proceed to E-sign:

You’ll be directed to a page like the one below. Please follow the instructions on the yellow box.

Click on Continue to Review:

You’ll be directed to the same page, with all information now in printed format. Read carefully, scroll down and click on Submit signed player registration:

You’ll be directed for the Payment Information page. Only credit cards are accepted.

Click on Submit Payment after you’re done fulfilling all information required:

You should receive an e-mail with the registration confirmation and your player is now all set to start the next season at AYSO.
