I enjoy being a volunteer for any events as it helps me to boost my confidence, sharpen my communication skills and build a strong network with other people. Some of the events that I have taken part are: - Crew of Energizer Night-Run - Volunteer of "World Walking Day" - Volunteer of "Kiss Goodbye to Cancer" Walk - Volunteer of "World Hunger Relief" Walk Apart from that, to improve my leadership skills, I often put myself to be the leader for any tasks I was assigned to. During my undergraduate year in University Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Institute of Aviation Technology (UniKL MIAT),there is this one special event organized by the university yearly called 'AeroCarnival'. Being part of the organizer team,I offered myself to be: - AeroCarnival Committee (2010), Head of Logistic and Safety Team. - AeroCarnival Committee (2011), Crew of Preparation and Technical Team. Other than that, during my foundation year in MARA College of Kulim, I used to be the president of Chemistry club and also Facilitator/Tutor for 'Peer Lecture Program'. This is how I started to learn to work as a team and know how it feels like to be a leader. In the meantime, during my Postgraduate year in University of Manchester, since I only have one year here in UK couldn't be able to take part in most of the programs or events by the university, I did manage to took part in out-campus activities to get to know more people and build an even stronger networks.

Therefore, with my skills, be it leadership, work-as-a-team skill, confidence and communication skills, I believe I am fit for this position and able to contribute to Rolls Royce.Challenge myself!----------------------------------------------------------------------------Working with turbine engine, be it in aviation or oil and gas industry, has always be my dream. As Rolls Royce is a company that has a very remarkable reputation in turbine industry, I believe I am one step closer in realizing my dream by applying this job.

During my undergraduate year,I learnt the technical part of turbine engine, and during my postgraduate, I learnt about the theoretical part of it. In addition, the dissertation that I am currently working on right now is also about gas turbine which entitled 'Off-design Performance Prediction for Gas Turbine Engine'. This is to prove how passionate I am to work with Rolls Royce.-----------------------------------------------------I am able to come for the interview at anytime except during May because I have final exam at that time. Plus, I hope the interview will be held somewhere not too far from Manchester because I don't have any vehicles to travel around UK at the moment.
