Use to locate the feature [Direct VM] OR Press [#] Dial the Extension number that the call is being transferred to, press the Phone button to return to the main screen Press the [Complete] softkey on the bottom of the display to complete the transfer. Conference calls (With Conference you can have up to 6 people including yourself). Once you are on active call, press the [Conf] softkey. The call is automatically put on hold Dial the telephone number, the Contacts list, or from the History list. Press the [Conf] softkey to add the new party to call. Answering and Making Calls Placing a call Lift the handset or just dial a extension or outside number starting

with [9]

Calling a person from the contacts list Press the [Contacts] button.

Use the left/right keys to select the type of directory entries you want

displayed; External, Users, Groups, Personal (Your own personal di-rectory contacts) or All. Use the to find the person you wish to call or start dialing the

name you want to find to display matching entries.

Press the [Call] softkey or OK in the center of the phone.

Redialing Press Redial. Use to scroll through your 10 most recent outgoing

calls.

Press Call to call the number displayed in the call record.

Answering a call

To quiet the ringing, press Ignore. The call will still continue alerting

visually.

Call Directories

Contacts (You can store up to 100 name and telephone

numbers)

To search for a contact:

Contacts button. to select the directory type.

[List] soft key. -OR Using the dial pad, start to enter the name for which you want to search.

[Details] soft key to view contact information. To add a new contact to your Personal Directory:

Contacts button. to select Personal Directory.

[New] soft key. [OK] soft key

[Save] soft key To edit a contact in your Personal Directory:

[Details] soft key. [More] soft key, if necessary, and then the

[Edit] soft key.

[OK] soft key [Save] soft key

To delete a contact in your Personal Directory: [Details] soft key.

[More] soft key, if necessary, and then [Delete]

Call History Viewing the History Press the History button.

Use the to view separate lists of your missed, answered, or out-going calls NOTE: You can scroll quickly to the top of the list by pressing Call Log again.

Viewing History Details Press the History button. Select the number you want to view. Press the [Details] softkey. Press the [Back] softkey to return to the list view.

Adding an Entry from the Call Log to your Contacts List Press the History button. Select the History entry you want to add to your Contacts list. Press the [+Contact] softkey. Edit name and telephone number, if necessary. Editing is same as

above in Contacts section Press Save.

Clearing all Entries from the History From the History screen, select the entry you wish to delete. Select the list you want to delete. (All Calls list, Outgoing Calls list etc.) Press the [More] softkey. Press the [Clear All] softkey to delete all of the entries in the list you are viewing. Press the [Clear All] softkey again to confirm.

Phone Features (Features are dependent upon administrative rights)

Call Park This feature can put a call on hold and retrieved from

any other extension within the office. 1. Whenever you receive a call and wish to Park it, press [CPark1]

or [CPark2]. 2. Because you parked the call you will see a diamond shape w

next to park slot you selected. Everyone else will see an underline

under the parked slot, i.e. CPark1.

To retrieve the call from another extension 1. Press the park slot that you were notified to retrieve, i.e.

CPark1

DND [Do Not Disturb] This feature allows you to

send calls directly to VM

1. To activate press [DND]. When this feature is activat-ed you will see an arrow ► next to the feature. You will

hear a half ring as a reminder when a call comes in and

[DND] is activated. When you pick-up the handset while [DND] is activated you will hear a stuttered dial-tone as

another reminder, however you will still be able to make calls.

2. To deactivate press [DND] again.

Intercom This feature allows you to "buzz” through anoth-er user’s speaker. 1. Press [IAuto]/ [Intercom]. 2. Enter the user’s extension number followed by the [#] sign or press [Done] 3. The other user will hear a tone indicating they are being in-tercom. However, if the user is currently on a call the phone will ring to user and a regular call.
