Funchal / Pico Dos Barcelos& Monte (1/2 day -
morning) *
You'll begin by visiting Pico dos Barcelos where you'll have the most beautiful views of Funchal. You'll go on to the village of Monte, through mimosa andeucalyptus forests, to Terreiro da Luta where you'll see Madeira's tallest monument, dedicated to Our Lady of Peace. You can have a fun ride down on a"cestinhos" (a wicker sled), before returning to Funchal to taste the famous Madeira wine.
Day 4 - Monday Funchal / Pico Dos Barcelos
& Monte (1/2 day -morning) *
You'll begin by visiting Pico dos Barcelos where you'll have the most beautiful views of Funchal.
