Direct Property Investment with Australian Securities Property Fund

The ASPF is an unlisted property fund where investors have an opportunity to own commercial real estate.

Investors are given control over their investments with a choice of property types that best suit their particularwealth strategy. Investment terms usually range from 5-7 years to achieve the optimum in capital growth.

Investors are not required to provide the full amount tofund a property purchase. If they choose to, they can investwith other like minded investors under a managed scheme. The schemes are operated individually from one another with the title registered in ASL’s name held in trust for the investor affording investors protection for their investment.

During the investment period, ASL manage the property and tennants. There are no hidden fees with complete dis-closure in every investment scheme.

Investors can choose between growth or income assets from a mix of different property types, with target returns in some cases up to 10% over the term of the investment.Property investment options include leasing, propertydevelopment and refurbishment which can greatly enhance the potential for capital growth over the 5 - 7 year term.

About the Fund Manager
