First Aid First aid is located at the front offices inside the Learning Center.
Lost & Found The Zoo has no public paging system except for Zoo emergencies. Please notify any staff member for assistance.
Guest Services
All aboard the Potawatomi Express Zoo Train tickets are $2 per person, children 2 and under are free.Take a spin on the Endangered Species Carousel Tickets are $2 per seated rider. See posted rules at carousel.
Treat yourself or someone you love The Zoo gift shop is open from 10 am to 4:30 pm.
Have a unique Zoo experience We offer a variety of daily experiences and encounters with keepers and animals. Look for scheduled times and locations at the front entrance and online. Experiences are subject to change.

• We are a non-smoking facility!
• Please do not feed the animals except where specifically allowed in the Zoo Farm or carp river.
• As you move around the zoo, please stay on pathways and off railings and landscaping.
• Do not cross safety barriers.
• Please remember that this is a living collection. Due to weather, animal health checks, or periodic maintenance, some attractions or exhibits may not be open. Ask a Guest Services attendant for details. Rain checks and refunds are not available.
