The Catchings Insurance Agency, located at 945 North State Street in Jackson, Mississippi 39207, offers a

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

• Can I insure children with a basic cash value policy? Yes! If you have children who are under age 25, you

may purchase a separate policy for them.

• Can I increase my coverage at a later date? You may apply for additional coverage, whenever your

Transamerica Life Insurance Company Representative makes a regular service call at your

place of employment.

• Is the Burial Program Group Life Insurance? No! Each insured is covered by a permanent life insurance

policy and receives and individual policy.

• Does this Policy replace my present Group Life Insurance? No! It supplements any coverage you

presently have and since it is your policy, it is portable and not subject to the group conversion requirements.

• Is a physical examination required? No! Physical examinations are not required, eligibility will be determined on the basis of the answers to the

questions contained in the application. Coverage for the spouse and children is available providing they are not currently disabled or confined to a hospital.

Why Have Burial Insurance?

There is a definite need for life insurance. Life insurance is a gift of love and concern for those loved ones left behind. Money will be needed to complete educations, feed, clothe, and provide shelter for survivors. The Burial Insurance is just as it states, it’s for burial purposes of the deceased. There is a definite need for both products.

There are times when extremely large life insurance policies may not need to got to the funeral home. In most cases, some type of collateral is needed before funeral arrangements may be made.

With term insurance, the individual may simply outlive the policy. It may become too costly to keep, for the premiums will go up. Your employees will not generate any cash value with term coverage. They may pay premiums for years and never see any of the benefits.

With this in mind, we are not competing with or replacing the life insurance coverage that you are currently offering your employees. We simply want to add our Burial Plan to the benefits that you have available for your employees.

Our burial plan is a pre-paid, economical, permanent plan. When an individual leaves your employment, for whatever reason, his or her benefits will remain in effect with no change in face the amount or premium. The premium is guaranteed not to increase and the death benefit is guaranteed to remain the same. Not only will your employees be covered, they may have family coverage, including grandchildren if desired.

With this information, hopefully you will see the need for good, quality, and economical burial coverage for your employees.
