Society generally defines ‘specialists’ as h d d k l d f lhaving advanced knowledge in a fairly substantial area. I can think of no good f g

reason for this. You could ‘specialise’ in one l fi ld hilor several very narrow fields, while

remaining a generalist. The number of these g g ffields could grow over time. You could
