Atlas Logistics is a licensed Broker for common and contract carrier freight in the United States and Canada.
We provide Third Party Logistics as well as Logistics Services for a variety of customers.
Atlas Logistics has developed a strategic network of carriers throughout the U.S. and Canada. Our extensive
carrier base helps provide the additional support for our customers’ and their wide variety needs: open deck,
Conventional trailer, specialized and intermodal freight needs.
Every carrier on contract must meet Atlas Logistics standards, which includes Insurance requirements, CSA
Safety Criteria, ELD compliance, as well as providing real time update and communication. We understand the
need to exceed our customers’ service expectations and we take pride in using carriers uphold the same
integrity as Atlas Trucking.
Our Tools and Methods:
Our Transportation Management System provides the Logistics Resource Planning Technology to support our
logistics load planners in making key decisions efficiently managing the shipping demands. We depend on
McLeod Powerbroker TMS to help manage our freight schedules.
Our TM System is integrated with MacroPoint Descartes- Driver Tracking Program. This is integrated
combination allows for our experienced logistics team to manage, track and schedule every shipment in real
time; providing constant updates about your -in – transit freight (from the assigned Carrier – Driver back the
order in our TMS). Third party Logistics is about having solid resources and partners while managing accurate
data relative to high standards.
Over the many years in business, Atlas Logistics has procured under a standardized carrier agreement,
translating into a carrier base that is in the thousands over the contiguous 48 and Canada. All of which are
maintained and managed in McLeod TMS and integrated to DAT CarrierWatch for regular to each carrier’s
safety rating and insurance coverage.
Atlas Logistics is committed to providing professional and accurate transportation service to its many valued
customers.
