Vessel sizes 10L to 50L single jacketed, 10L to 30L vacuum jacketed vessels, range of profiles
Stirrer options A range of stirrer blade lengths, styles (anchor, retreat curve impeller, or 4 blade propeller), and materials (glass or PTFE)
Temperature range -40°C to +235°C
Stirrer motor High torque (up to 400 N/cm), torque feedback, RS232 remote control and digital display. The recommended stirrer speed is up to 500rpm continuous (800rpm for short periods). Higher speeds available on request
Modes of operation Manual operation using on-device control, optional remote control, and automation upgrades
Types of processes Medium to long residence times. Exothermic and endothermic reactions. Maintenance of process conditions
Efficient condensing High-efficiency 3500 cm2 double coil and jacketed condenser, suitable for the most demanding applications
Reflux divider Manual control reflux divider allows simple solvent removal from the reactor
Safe and easy assembly Force-limited clamp enables assembly without risk of damage to glassware
Preset vessel adjustments Preset vessel positions eliminate the need for frame adjustment during vessel changes
Auto-adjusting base support Auto-adjusting spring-loaded base aids vessel loading and supports 50% of vessel mass
Interlocking frames Frame interlock system, allows additional frames to be securely linked to build larger systems

Powerful stirring Range of high-power stirrer motors, up to 400 N/cm torque and optional remote control for convenience

Removable baffles Removable top-loading baffles dramatically improve stirring performance and offer easy cleaning

Optimized oil flow M30 x 1.5mm central oil input gives extremely uniform distribution of incoming flow
