MANAGING NATIONAL SECURITY

The only way to attain our goals, as well as to rise above all the challenges, is for

the Government sector to collaborate and work with one another.

To address emerging and urgent national security concerns, the Government must

periodically convene the National Security and regularly conduct NSC Executive

Committee meetings.

The Executive Committee shall review national security issues and concerns,

formulate positions and/or solutions for consideration by the NSC, determine the

agenda and order of business of the NSC, ensure that decisions of the NSC are

clearly communicated to the agencies concerned, and advise the President on the

implementation of decisions.
