iPad Harmonization

The Internet of Things; Defi nition: IoT is the network of physical objects or “things” embedded with electronics, software, sensors, and connectivity to enable objects to exchange data with the manufacturer, operator and/or other connected devices. The Internet of Things allows objects to be sensed and controlled remotely across existing network infrastructure, creating opportunities for more direct integration between the physical world and computer-based systems, and resulting in improved effi ciency, accuracy and economic benefi t.

With mindful design integrated into Atelier 216, our team went one step further with the utilization of smart technology. Equipped with simple, integrated software, our custom iPads or iPhones allow the user to control various aspects of the home such as lighting and heating. HERITAGE OF THE HAMPTONS

The Location

Atelier 216 is located on Cranberry Hole Road in Amagansett, New York, and presents the unique opportunity to own an eco-luxury smart residence that sits on a shy acre abutting a 160-acre reserve and the environmentaly protected Napeague State Park comprising more than 1,300 acres. Moments to Amagansett’s town, ocean, and bay beaches, Cranberry Hole Road is aptly referred to as “The Promised Land.”

Amagansett

Located in the town of East Hampton, Amagansett offers residents with the unique charm of The Hamptons while maintaining a more down-to-earth character when compared to its counterparts. The name of the town comes from a Native American word meaning “place of good water.” As a popular location during the summer, Amagansett serves as a summer residence for many illustrious people, including Paul McCartney, Scarlett Johansson, Laurie Anderson, Lou Reed, Arthur Miller, Alec Baldwin and Gwyneth Paltrow.

The Hamptons

There is a certain quality of life to The Hamptons. As one of the historical and extravagant summer colonies of the American Northeast, The Hamptons are known to be one of the worlds few coveted summer communities for those looking to have the luxury of living in a beautiful home while enjoying the serene atmosphere of the surrounding community. Home to some of the most prestigious and desirable residential properties in the U.S., The Hamptons are distinguished by a large number of retail shops, extensive arts community, marvelous scenery and the majestic Atlantic Ocean.

ANOTHER REASON TO LOVE OUR BRAND

The Smart Home Industry

The Smart home industry is projected to be worth $59.68 Billion by the year 2020. In 2014 the market was worth $20.38 Billion and projected to grow $39.30 Billion in the next fi ve years a projected growth rate of ~200%. In addition, the market has a projected compound annual growth rather of 17% between 2015 and 2020. North American alone has the largest smart home market in the world and investing in this property will yield large future returns.

“Price trends for the Hamptons, notably within the luxury market, were above year ago levels.” – Elliman Report, 4Q 2015

The luxury home market in the Hamptons shows potential for signifi cant growth in the future. The graph in fi gure 1.0 exhibits sales from 2012 to 2015. As seen in the graph, the Median Sales Price fl uctuates between $4-9 million, and shows the average sales price jumping 15.6% from the year ago quarter, setting a new record as luxury home sales returned to the market.

As seen in fi gure 2.0, the Listing Inventory decreased from the third to forth quarter in 2015 driving demand for luxury homes in the market. The fourth quarter ends with an increased Number of Sales (Closed) presenting Atelier 216 as sound investment for any executive homeowner looking to make a profi table investment in the real estate market.

As presented in fi gure 3.0 we again see the Hamptons luxury market remains stable, exhibiting a mere 1% shift from 2014 to 2015. As the data in the fi gures show the Hamptons represent a steady and unique investment opportunity.
