Our exclusive Powder Coat paint finish wasintroduced on E-Z Pack bodies over a decade ago.Powder Coati is more durable than wet paint – whichis good for our customer – and releases no VolatileOrganic Compounds (VOCs) into the atmosphereduring application, which is good for theenvironment. Thousands of E-Z Pack trucks have

been powder coated over the years, sparing the environment tonsof VOCs in the process and eliminating repaints during theservice life of the vehicle.

Our optional “Quiet Hydraulics” system reduces noisepollution and saves fuel. The load-sensing system is equipped

with an oversized variable displacement piston pump and aload-sense closed-center control valve. Simply put, when hydraulic flow isnot needed, none is transmitted, which means no power is used and fueland energy are not wasted. Trucks operate cooler and quieter at low RPM,reducing noise pollution and saving fuel. Introduced by E-Z Pack in the1990s, the system has been proven on over 400 E-Z Pack trucks.

Now E-Z Pack’s CNG trucks are leading the way in innovative, patentpending designs that are safer and more efficient, inspiring more of our

customers to make the switch to CNG. They’rerealizing that CNG can be efficient and productive –helping their bottom lines while lessening theenvironmental impact of daily refuse collection.
