AstiPure II pumps are designed based on 20 yearsof experience in
handling ultra-high purity mediafor the Semiconductor industry.
Our pumps are constructed with no metal parts.All wetted parts
are manufactured from high-purityPFA and PTFE and are suitable for
pumping eventhe most aggressive chemicals.
All non-wetted components are manufacturedfrom advanced
engineered thermoplastics suchas PEEK and ETFE, providing further
protection.These features make the AstiPure II pumps the per-fect
solution for applications in the semiconductor,photovoltaic,
pharmaceutical and chemical processindustries where high-purityis a
must.
AstiPure II pumps are pneumatically operated withtwo
horizontally opposed, reciprocating bellows.
Our pumps are self priming, providing an easyinstallation and
setup. In addition, the AstiPure IIpumps feature our innovative
shuttle valve fixationtechnology, allowing us to provide three
differentdriving systems to adapt our pumps to the cus-tomer's
requirements.
AstiPure II pumps offer a 2-year factory warrantyon chemical
applications. Upon completion of pre-ventive maintenance (performed
by a certified tech-nician), the warranty is extended an additional
twoyears up to a maximum of 6 years total warranty,offering
superior system up-time and significantlyreducing cost of
ownership.
