MANAGEMENT;
• Lead, evaluate, select, perform and manage the design team in all aspects of the interior design process, including preparation of presentation materials, schematic & detailed, layout design, design development, contract documents, rendering and construction administration.
• Collaborate with executive staff the answering of requests for proposals (Call orders) and requests for qualifications, which includes the use of time management for maximum profit gain. performed within an established budget, schedule, site and programmatic requirements.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT;
• As an integral part of my team I inspire and create a design philosophy of true teamwork and good design. I strive in developing strong designer-vendor relationships, which raise the specification level.
• Conceptualize original designs for clients including All Graphics work (Brand / logo, color house & stationery).
• Plan, facilitate and create FF+E presentations using digital media along with material boards. Create, update and maintain clear and realistic budget spreadsheets that clearly articulate the needs and wants of the project. (Costing Sheet) by respectful and relaxed manner.
• Manage FF+E documentation of all projects including specification writing, coordination with vendors to interpret, provide shop drawings and final quality samples.
• Coordinate production of FF+E drawings and specifications into perspective binders, layout and application of materials for reference boards for contractors.
Furniture design, Construction of 3D rendered Sketchup Models CorelDraw presentations including Photoshop artwork. Workshop drawings, prepare /drafting AutoCAD drawings and 3D/2D details for execution projects.
QUALITY ASSURANCE;
• Ensure that “as built” drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final close outs to consultant/owner accordingly.
• Ensure all work is delivered to the correct standard and on time.
