Certificate/Discharge Book, Original TC & 3 copies of Passport size photos by 20 Aug 2021 positively at the school's office-counter.

10. Admission will be offered to the students on merit basis. The minimum cut off %age

PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE ADMISSION

1. Visit the website of the school www.apsgopalpur.in

2. Go to the Important Link and click on Online Admission. 2

3. In the title of Selection of Institute please select "Gopalpur" in 'AlI Area' and 'All Zone' drop down menu. Thereafter click the tab "Search".

Now please click the "Proceed" button and select division i.e. 'Higher Secondary' 4 as per the class of admission.

. Further please click on "Apply Now" button under the menu steps for Application.

"Registration' page will be opened and fll the details require Name, Mob No,

Email, DOB alongwith security code and "submie". 3.

7. "Application Form" is displayed. Requires to be filled:

(a) Personal Information.

(b) Detailed Information of Parents.

(c) Contact information (Present and permanent address). (c)

(d) Academics details.

(e) Documents: Transfer Order/Aadhar, Qualifying Exam Cert, Movement Order/Posting Order/Part lI Order/Birth Cert (For all serving person)/TC.

(g Check the declaration

And click on save and next.

8 Your admission form is completed. Now after obtaining admission order from the

school you will be given fee-chart with Account details to be paid online/offline.

Note. If the process of form flling is not completed in one go then click menu "Already

Registered" and enter your registered Mob No as well as DOB of your ward and continue for completion of the same.
