Ariosh uses an integrated 3D Laser Scanning and Survey work

process to accurately collect As-built data. A digitized facility is

then created from the As-built data using a combination of

specialized technical know-how.

The Digitized Facility can be easily viewed, annotated, and

dimensions can be intuitively extracted over the web or the

desktop by everyday professionals with little or no knowledge

and skills in laser scanning, point cloud data, CAD, or 3D CAD.

2D As-built Drawing Generation

As-built drawings detailing existing conditions with great

accuracy and completeness across mechanical, process,

piping, structural and instrumentation systems are extracted

from the 3D digital facility.

Fabrication Assurance (Dimensional Control)

Ariosh Fabrication Assurance ultimately ensures First Fit Install

for fabricated items. While it is imperative to have quality

engineering design and ensure that new designs do not clash

with existing facilities, it is vital that the new designs are

fabricated correctly.

Ariosh checks consistency of fabricated items with shop

drawings; inspect angular and dimensional tolerances utilizing

3D laser scanner, Total station and integrated work process. Weperform:

Spool Inspection

Verify fabricated dimensions of spool pieces, including flange

center, bolt rotation, flange skew and critical design lengths.

Line Inspection

Verify full set of fabricated spools, valves, fittings and gaskets

will fit together within tolerance of the tie-in point. Each part of

the line may be within its fabricated tolerance; fit up issues due

to accumulated tolerance may exist.

Materials Sourcing

All our Supplies are of high standard and good quality and are

obtained from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) o

reputable Suppliers that are OEMs Authorized Distributors

(ADs) and are recognized internationally as providers of

products that meet your project requirements. Ariosh sources

and procures all project materials in accordance with the

requirements of Clients Materials catalog list; and Globa

Practices that cover the basic requirements for the design o

such materials for onshore and offshore production and

processing facilities.

All materials satisfy the requirements specified in each

applicable ASTM standard and any additional requirements

specified in Clients GPs and standards. We ensure tha

materials components conform to the design and dimensiona

standards referenced in relevant GPs as well as any

requirements listed on the Purchase Order (PO) from Clients.

Materials and equipment procured by Ariosh are supplied with

complete Supplier certifications and all necessary Material Tes

Reports (MTRs), Mill Test Certificates (MTCs) as appropriate, in

compliance with project specifications and procedures.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control

Ariosh has highly experienced in-house QA/QC team that

ensures that all procured Materials are of the required materials

grade/weight, type, width, length, thickness, specifications,

codes and descriptions as detailed in the Purchase Order (PO)

and are procured from approved OEM/QSL. Depending on

Clients specification and size of projects, Ariosh also employs

the services of qualified 3rd

party QA/QC vendor to perform

quality assurance and control checks of materials procured by

Ariosh. Our strategic intent for all procurement projects is to

ensure that all activities from material sourcing to warehousing

and delivery are carried out in strict accordance with global

practices, codes and standards and Clients specifications.

Packaging, Preservation and Shipping

Packaging and protection of materials before and during storage

are such that they retain their physical configuration, strength

and usable/workability characteristics. Preservation and

shipping are done in accordance with relevant GPs for

Preservation and Protection during shipping and construction.

Ariosh prepares all materials for shipment to the Warehouse by

crating them in a manner to provide maximum protection for

shipment and storage in accordance with relevant GPs and

Clients specifications. Ariosh ensures that maximum care istaken when transporting materials in accordance with API

standards.

Ariosh typically uses her global freight forwarders to ship

procured materials. Ariosh can employ the services of Client

approved Freight Forwarders for the shipment of materials in

cases where Clients specify such. We can also leverage on

Clients global master agreement with global Logistics Service

Providers (LSPs) with local capabilities to freight materials

where applicable. In situation where we leverage on Clients

global LSP for freighting, our quoted price shall be OEM price

Ex- works plus freight forwarder plus % mark-up.

Storage and Warehousing

Ariosh stores project materials in her Warehouse which is

equipped with cranes, forklifts, rigging / lifting gears, labor,

consumables, etc. for loading and unloading the materials at our

facility within the Warehouse, conduct receiving inspection,

handling of materials under our custody and maintaining prope

records.

Materials Management

Over the past couple of years, Ariosh has worked to help

minimize our clients' total material costs through innovative

planning and logistics systems. We ensure the correct quality

and quantity of materials, timely delivery of equipment to be

installed, and subcontracted resources obtained at a reasonable

cost, all available on-time and under budget.

We offer the expertise, processes and tool utilization needed to

facilitate frequent status updates on all material contro

information including quantities required, materials allocated

requisitioned, received and issued. Our processes provide cost

control through rigorous materials management. We also tailo

archival engineering drawings to ensure the preservation of

complete conversion of all documents /drawings as spelt out

in Scope of Work.

However, managing years of accumulated paper drawings

presents a huge operational challenge. Additional problems

out-of-date drawing may be used accidentally.

DigitizingLegacy Logs and Maps existing only in hard copy format

need to be converted to soft copy and digitized for best

storage and efficient accessibility to multiple users. Our

clients have thousands of these logs and maps in hard copy

format. Ariosh provides complete drawing scanning,

digitization and reproduction solutions to our clients in the Oil

and Gas industry.

Our Digitizelt digitizer software replaces a digitizer tablet.

Sometimes it is necessary to extract data values from

graphs, e.g. in most scientific publications only plots but no

data values are published. Digitizelt makes it easy to actually

get back numbers from such plot. This is a three step

process:

a) Import the graph from a file or copy it over the clipboard.

b) Define the axes system.

c) Digitize it automatically or manually.

Data values can then be saved in ASCII format or copy &

pasted directly into any other application, e.g. MS Excel or

Microcal Origin.

Raster to Vector Conversions

This is the most cost-effective means of digital document

storage. If the data remains fairly static and not updated

regularly, it wouldnt need further conversion. Our raster

editing software lets us manipulate your files to reflect any

minor changes that you may require, details can be specified

in B&W, gray-scale and even 24 bit colour. The raster files

are archived on CD, Hardrive or posted on FTP depending

on clients specification.

Formats Supported: TIFF, JPG, RLC, RNL, CCITT/GTX

/CALS G3 & G4, RLE, PDF etc Moreover, we use the latest

software to eliminate speckles (noise or dirt) that could alter

information in the document or make it untidy.

Be it architectural, engineering, mapping or any other

discipline in between, we provide clients with full- layered,

clean vector files in most popular formats. Formats

Supported: DWG & .DXF (all releases), .DGN, Arc/Export

etc.

We also provide precision paper to CAD conversion and

redrafting service. All drawings are redrafted with human

intervention to create dimensionally accurate, layered, and

ready-to-use electronic CAD files. This service is ideal for

legacy manual drawings that need major modifications for

use in new design projects.

Drawing standard for lines, colours, layers, title blocks,

drawing borders, pen assignment etc. are based on clients

standard or Ariosh standard. However, the later is dependent

on client request.

pricing and on-time performance. Selection of any supplier is

governed by its ability to offer a quality product, price

competitiveness, proven financial stability and delivery

Ariosh believes in supporting local businesses. Thus, we

have worked closely with our clients to develop an active

local sourcing program for their projects and have since

incorporate it into our master procurement plan. We use both

Arioshs and the clients supplier databases to effectively
