3rd Annual Association for Research into Crimes against Art Conference ARCA will host its third-annual conference in Amelia to discuss the protection of art and heritage. The event brings to- gether scholars, lecturers, professionals and members of the public interested in studying and preventing crimes against art. The conference will take place beside Amelia’s Archaeological Museum in Sala Boccarini. The two-day event will examine recent events in art crime and cultural heritage protection. ARCA will present its annual awards to Neil Brodie, Paolo Ferri, Lord Colin Renfrew and John Henry Merryman. Schedule: Friday July 8, Welcome Reception at Palazzo Farratini 7 pm Saturday July 9 8 am- Conference Registration at Chiostro Boccarini 8.30 am- Conference opening at Sala Boccarini 8 pm- Conference Gala Dinner Sunday July 10 8.30 am- Opening of Second Day at Sala Boccarini There is no registration fee to attend the conference. Tickets will be available for purchase for participation in the recep- tion and meals.
