3rd March 1924: Our shield, the Khilafah falls...Our Khilafah was split into over 50 state-lets through the Sykes-Picot Agreement in 1924, some so small they ainvisible on a map. It will have been 87 Gregorian Calender years since the Khilafah was destroyed and with it t

ruling by the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of RasulAllah in the world. Since then t problems of Muslims have not diminished or even remained at the same level, rather they have worsened amultiplied.

Having destroyed our Khilafah in 1924 with the help of agent

collaborators from within the Arab and Ajam, the kafir crusaders knewthen that the Khilafah (caliphate) is the source of our strength, andthey know that until now. In 1924, after the destruction of theKhilafah, the British Foreign Secretary, Lord Curzon, said, The pointat issue is that Turkey has been destroyed and shall never rise again,because we have destroyed her spiritual power : the Khilafah andIslam.On 14 May 2010, the recently retired head of the British Army, GeneralRichard Dannatt, declared there is an Islamist agenda which if wedont oppose it and face it off in Southern Afghanistan, orAfghanistan, or in South Asia, then frankly that influence will grow. Itcould well grow, and this is an important point, we could see itmoving from South Asia to the Middle East to North Africa, and to thehigh water mark of the Islamic Caliphate (Khilafah) in the 14th, 15thcentury.It has been 87 years, O Muslims, and everything that occurred uponyou and around you, within your lands and outside of your lands, hasreminded you and your enemies of the absence of your shield andprotector, the Khilafah.Figure 1. On 9th January 2011: Muslim lands continued to be dismembered...With Sudan now successfully divided by the Kuffar enemies into a supposed Muslim north and Christian south. Thisthe second secession after it was split from Egypt (Masri) in 1956. Modern day Egypt and Sudan was all one counbefore 1956 (see Figure 1 above after the initial fracture of the Uthmani Khilafah). A simultaneous referendum wsupposed to be held in Abyei on whether to become part of Southern Sudan but it has been postponed due to confliover demarcation and residency rights. Sudan will potentially be further sub-divided into Darfur, South Kurdufan aBlue Nile (to hold "popular consultations" in 2011)The secession of Southern Sudan will lead to calamitous political and strategic consequences on Sudan and the regioThis is reflected in two matters:

1. Americas aim from the secession of the south is to turn it intopermanent American base that will execute her strategy in the Horn Africa and the Great Lakes region, under the pretext of protecting tnascent state against the covetous designs of neighbouring states or armmovements, especially the Ugandan Lords Resistance Army. SoutheSudan represents almost a third of Sudan and borders five countriEthiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Congo and Central Africa. This strategic locationSouthern Sudan allows America to be closer to the issues of the regio

especially the Somali and the River Nile issues.

2. The secession of the south would be a prelude for the secession of other regions in Sudan, especially Darfur aEast Sudan. The US Special Envoy Scott Gration told Reuters: "It is a win-win situation that we are trying to get." noted that this would be hard if the Khartoum government was not prepared to negotiate better conditions for tsouth, Darfur and other regions.Southern Sudan has now effectively seceded and America left nothing to vote on in the referendum except secessioThe succession of South Sudan under America's tutelage has encouraged Christians in Nigeria and an Egyptindependent Coptic state based on the model of the Vatican. The aspirations of the current Coptic leaders are lucidcaptured by a Jewish Journalist Oded Yinon in 1982. In his paper entitled A strategy for Israel in the nineteeeighties' he states:"Egypt is divided and torn apart into many foci of authority. If Egypt falls apart, countries like Libya, Sudan or evthe more distant states will not continue to exist in their present form and will join the downfall and dissolutionEgypt. The vision of a Christian Coptic State in Upper Egypt alongside a number of weak states with very localiz

power and without a centralized government as to date, is the key to a historical development which was only sback by the peace agreement but which seems inevitable in the long run."

The idea of creating a sacred Coptic state within the contours of Egypt is similar to the one advocated by Lieutenant-Colonel Ralph Peters concerning Mecca and Medina. In June 2006 Peters published a map of the "NMiddle East" in the June edition of the US Armed Forces Journal. The journal depicted amongst other mutilatMuslim countries the 'Islamic Sacred State' which consists of Mecca and Medina segregated from the rest of SauArabia.

Somalia has already been balkanized into several small unstable clan states (See Figure 4 in center fold). There is ta

of dividing Nigeria into a Muslim North and Christian South, Ivory Coast into a Muslim North and Christian South. the North of Africa there is an effort to secede Morocco's Western Sahara. In the Middle East, the proposal is to diviIraq (See Figure 3) and Yemen along supposed religious sectarian and ethnic lines into a Sunni, Shia and Kuterritories. The Kurds are also being used to divide Turkey to the North and the Greeks are being used to divide it the South.

In Asia, Muslim India (Al Hind) was divided first into Pakistan and India. Pakistan was then further split into Bangladeand Pakistan. Kashmir was then torn out of Pakistan. The plans to now secede Balochistan Province from Pakistanalready in high gear ( See Figure 5 in centerfold).Dismembering the Muslim lands further and further.. creating more and more divisions.. more and more smunstable tribal nation states.

This is all a continuing part of the Great Game.

While states in the rest of the world are encouraged to divide and secede, the United States of America struggles hold together its now unstable federal union. As we write, there are as many as twenty states pushing to secede frthe Union of the United States of America for economic and political reasons. It is neither in the news nor do we heAmerica's leaders waxing lyrical about the people's right to self-determination when there are calls for secessiontheir own backyard. Europe has not given up on its dream of a solid stable political union and Britain violently pdown Ireland's attempt to secede. Our Kuffar enemies are struggling to maintain unity or unify and we aparticipating in cannibalising our own lands.

Masri (which was the combination of the modern day undivided Sudan and Egypt) was opened up to Islam during treign of Khalifah Umar bin al-Khattab (r.a.) who dispatched armed forces led by commanders like Ubadah ibn aSamit.

Tripoli through Algeria to Morocco was brought under the fold of Islam by Uqba ibn Nafi, who was a general serviunder Khalifah Mu'awiya circa 660-680 the first Umayyad Khalifah. This fearless general's conquest opened the routo Kanem and Borno. Seeding the Kanem and Borno Empires (Kanem Modern day Chad, Borno Modern day Nigeand Niger), and enabled the arrival of Islam in Nigeria and this entire region.

said: "The love of this world and the hatred of death." (Related by Abu Dawud)It is quite apparent that the West despite its glaring divisions, it possesses a single purpose when conducting relatiowith the Muslim world - divide, rule and conquer is the beckoning call reverberating in Western capitals. Tdestruction of the Muslim ummah, the plunder of her resources and her subjugation to the systems of kufr is theultimate goal.

The recent bombings of Christian Churches in Egypt is clear evidence that the operation to divide Egypt has starte

Sectarian bombings are one of the West's best known MOs (Modus Operandi). Used in sowing the necessary seeds

discord to shape public opinion in the direction they want. For example to create divisions between Muslims, th

bomb Shia and Sunni Mosques in Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan. To create enmity against Muslims by Christians, thbomb Non-Muslim facilities and Christian Churches as they did in the Eastleigh grenade debacle and the Kampa

bombings. You will notice all of these are communities that have lived in peaceful coexistence and mutual respect

many generations. Then without warning or any of the rising tensions that signal impending conflict, there is hig

targeted and deadly violence that culminates in the killing of innocents, something abhorred by Islam.

The West's technique of infiltrating legitimate resistance movements or tricking disenfranchised and disillusion

youths to commit illegal acts that sow discord through mass killings of innocents, has been very successful in shapi

public opinion around the world against Muslims.

The LATimes (Los Angeles Times) has written many revealing articles that accuse the FBI of entrapmen

Entrapment is, sending in undercover agents to mosques to encourage, groom and induce disenchanted Musl

youths into acts of violence, sometimes even supplying them with arms. Only to arrest them in massively publiciz

sting operations that supposedly uncover and stop terror plots, that it is later suspected the FBI manufacturthemselves.

The Ummah's thirst for Islam, the true guidance and chosen Deen of Allah is well known.The West thus infiltrated Islamic movements and positions its puppets to frustrate the Ummah's efforts to impleme

Islam. Examples of such successful infiltration operations are the breakup of the Union of Islamic Courts and turn

of its leader Sheikh Sharif Sheikh Ahmed into a protagonist for the Western agenda. Another one of many examples

Abdullah Mehsud of the Tehrik-i-Taliban of Pakistan. The West's only goal is to keep the Muslim world in turmoil, th

have and continue to play Muslims against Muslims in this deadly Great game.

From the tragic September 11th Twin tower attacks in America to the Nairobi US Embassy Bombings, from the sensel

killings supposedly conducted by fighters in the Islamic Salvation Front of Algeria to the Taliban suicide bombings

Shia Mosques in Afghanistan, even including the ongoing campaign of bombings and killings all over the world, frMoscow to Iraq, targeted at non-Muslims, all have the signatures of intelligence operations or false-flag operatio

executed by Western Intelligence Organizations on a massive global scale. They are intended to create an atmosphe

of fear and hatred toward Muslims and Islam. Only agents of Western powers have the resources, mobility, logisti

ability and sufficient devilish intent to execute such plans. Most Muslims are poor and cannot afford air trav

Muslims find difficulty even getting visas? Muslims are searched in special lines in airports, how would they be able

move explosives undetected across a vast and hostile nation like Russia in order to bomb Moscow airport? The ma

airport of a military power that has declared open war with Islam?

We Muslims, in whose name these acts are supposedly perpetrated are at a loss as to their purpose. Any keen observ

will notice much of the killing is politically irrational, strategically meaningless and highly misguided, when assess

relative to the aspirations of Muslims. The only possible beneficiaries of this campaign of meaningless bombin

around the world are the protagonists of the War on Terror (read War on Islam).

Our Muslim brothers and sisters from North Africa and the Middle East have stood up against the colonialist oppressand puppets imposed upon us by the Kuffar. Do not allow the media and other bulletins to divide you from the restour noble Muslim Ummah, using subtle propaganda techniques. Referring to our brothers and sisters using terms lithe Arab countries, Egyptian democracy, Arab unemployment in Tunisia, Somali conflict, Sudanesecession, the Arab problem.. all these are our Muslim brothers and Sisters.. all these are Islamic lands... thisour Ummah...

I: The Tribal and Nationalistic Bond:The great Islamic bond Islamic Brotherhood which has been bestowed upon us by Allah (swt), He said:

"The believers are nothing else than brothers (in Islmic religion). So make reconciliation between your

brothers, and fear Allh that you may receive mercy." [TMQ 49:10]And the Prophet (saw) said:

) ("A Muslim is a brother of another Muslim"

At the same time the Prophet warned us against the bond of tribal prejudice (asabiyyah) and fighting under itsbanner, he said:

) )"Abandon it, for it stinks."

And he (saw) said:( .

)"He, who invites for a call of Jahiliyyah, he is a corpse of jahannam." a person asked: "O Messenger of Allah(saw), even if he were to pray and fast?" The Prophet (saw) said: "Even if he prayed and fasted. Invite to the ca

of Allah (swt) who named you as Muslimeen, Mumineen and servants of Allah (swt)."And he (saw) said:

( ( "Whosoever boasts of something from the Jahiliyyah, cut (his boastfulness) and do not hide it i.e. do not let h

boast go unchallenged." (Musnad Ahmad & Ibn Hiban)Hence, the tribal bond and nationalistic not only violates Islamic principles, it is born out of the love or loyalty sovereignty and is an inhuman bond that begets enmity and conflicts between people, and it discerns adifferentiates between a person and his brother where every clan feels that it deserves more than others to be tleader. Hence such people are overcome by declination and tend to help some and not others. This also results in nattaching much value to compliance by the Ahkam of Shareeah as also the criteria of Halal & Haram are no long

considered for undertaking actions. Such asabiyyah is manipulated by shaytan and instigates people to compete weach other for the tribes leadership and not for the great Islamic ideology. Blood is spilled and sanctities are violatas it was during the pre-Islamic days of Jahiliyyah which Islam came to destroy!

It is this tribalism that makes a Muslim, who has already testified that there is no god but Allah (swt) and thMuhammad (saw) is His Prophet, kill his brother Muslim, or instigate his killing or conceal and protect his killers, eaof which is a great munkar, Allah (swt) says:

"And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein; and the Wrath and the Curse o

Allh are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him."[TMQ 04:93]And the truly infallible Messenger said:

"Do not revert to unbelief after I am gone, and kill each others necks."II: Not Having the Political Endeavour based on Islam:

One of the biggest problems from which were are suffering in our ummah across all Muslim countries, is that the

political activity is not based on Islam although Allah (swt) has commanded us just that, He said:

"Let there arise out of you a group of people inviting to all that is good (Islm), enjoining Al-Ma'rf (i.e. Islmic

Monotheism and all that Islm orders one to do) and forbidding Al-Munkar (polytheism and disbelief and all that

Islm has forbidden). And it is they who are the successful."[TMQ 03:104]

In fact undertaking political actions not based upon Islam but founded upon corrupted thoughts and concepts likself interest and expediency has made the political powers a danger to themselves and a threat to others. Hence thconsider power and authority as a benefit and work to protect it or to achieve it using any means without aideological or ethical restraint or deterrence. This has put them in the care of foreigners as their puppets.They raise tribal and factional slogans which incite arson and turmoil, spills blood, violates sanctities, peoples livare put to hardships and their fate on the day of reckoning is severely affected. All this is done merely to eithachieve positions of power or if already there then to protect it.

It is only Islam that can counter, restrain so as to revert to being Muslims as brothers who love each other, as All

(swt) said:

"And hold fast, all of you together, to the Rope of Allh (i.e. this Qur'n), and be not divided among yourselves, anremember Allh's Favour on you, for you were enemies one to another but He joined your hearts together, so thatby His Grace, you became brethren (in Islmic Faith), and you were on the brink of a pit of Fire, and He saved yofrom it. Thus Allh makes His Ayt (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.,) clear to you, that

you may be guided."[TMQ 03:103]

"If you had spent all that is in the earth, you could not have united their hearts, but Allh has united them.

Certainly He is All-Mighty, All-Wise."[TMQ 08: 63]

( )"The Muslims are like a single body in terms of love and mercy on each other, if one part of this body suffers, twhole body stands up to protect it and remains restless."

Therefore renounce and discard every tribal, factional, national and other prejudice that is not Islamic and this is ocall to you. The crisis our Ummah faces is real and the conspiracies against the Kheir-ul-Ummah continue as wdither...

Ya Umaah tul Rasulullah ! Know that the Khilafah and the rule of Islam are not just blessings from our Lord, they are an obligation about whiwe will be held to account on the Day of all Days. Allah ordered the Muslims decisively to rule by Island Islam alone,

And rule between them by all that which Allah revealed to you, and do not follow their vain desires away from th

truth which came to you. [Surah Al-Maidah 5:48]And RasulAllah established the obligation of the bayah to a Khaleefah by tying it to the worst all deaths, dying upon Jahilliyah, dying upon other than Islam,

Whosoever dies without the bayah on his neck dies the death of Jahilliyah. (Muslim)

Ya Kheir ul Ummah!Know that not only is the Khilafah an obligation, Allah promised the Believers succession to the currerulers and RasulAllah gave glad tidings of the end of the oppressive rule at the hands of tKhilafah. Allah says:

Allh has promised those among you who believe and do righteous good deeds, that He will certainly grant themsuccession to (the present rulers) in the land, as He granted it to those before them. [Surah an-Noor 24:55]

And RasulAllah said,

Then there will be an oppressive rule, and things will be as Allah wishes them to be. Then Allah will end it when Hwishes. Then there will be a Khilafah according to the method of Prophethood. Then he (RasulAllah)

fell silent.

O Muslims Brothers and Sisters!

Know that the Khilafah is now on the horizon and by the permission of the Lord the world, burdened by the evils

man-made law, will feel the relief of Islam soon. Hizb ut-Tahrir is now in its final stages of its work, following t

footsteps of RasulAllah by seeking Nussrah from the sincere within the People of Power establish Islam as a state and rule. Hizb ut-Tahrir works now within over forty countries and having gathered t

people in Indonesia in 2007 in the largest conference about the Khilafah since its destruction, and then thousands

Ulema from around the Muslim World in 2009.

Ya Ikhwan wa Ukhti ul Iman!The Khilafah is well within our reach by the grace of Allah , so let us reject the Kufr ruling system democracy, let us reject their capitalist economic system and rush to embrace our brothers and sisters of Hizb uTahrir and march with them towards the re-establishment of the Khilafah according to the method of ProphethooLet us gather the people in the mosques, markets, in the neighbourhoods and homes to build a massive movement Khilafah. And let us call our fathers, brothers, sons, uncles and husbands at all levels of society within and withoutfulfill their obligation to Allah and call for the re-establishment of the Khilafah, which will end the ruof the oppressors and usher in a new era of peace, justice and prosperity for humankind.

The only salvation for the Muslim world is to re-establish the Khilafah state, strengthen the political unity of tMuslim Ummah behind the Khaleefah by giving him the oath of allegiance.

The Messenger of Allah said,

"The Imam is a shield behind whom the people fight and are protected."The Khilafah will then expel the crusading Kafirs from Muslim lands and strategically retire America and Europe froworld politics, unify the Muslim lands and return Islam to occupy its rightful place.

"It is He who sent His Messenger with guidance and the Deen of Truth to exalt it over every other deen, even thoug

the idolaters detest it."[Tawba, 9:33]
