08h45 Departure of Delegates in 6x Sprinters

09h45 TEAMS TO ALL ARRIVE AT FIRST DESTINATION VIA THE CLIFFDALE OFFRAMP(GLORDINA, WHERE THEY WILL NEED TO PERFORM TASK AND COLLECT ITEM)

10h15 DEPARTURE FROM GLORDINA & ON TOWARDS THE SLEEPY HOLLOW.

11h00 HERE THEY WILL NEED TO LOCATE THE GHANDI STATUE AND COMPLETE A TASK RELATED TO THIS STATUE.

11h45 They will then be required to locate the Karkloof canopy Falls if you would like to use

this as an alternative to the Quad Biking, if all require doing this task, this needs to be the first stop.

17H15 Arrival and Check in at Champagne Sports Resort.

18H30 Meet for briefing of next day’s event.

19H30 Dinner in the Drakensberg Diningroom.

11H30 Next clue will be related to Peels Honey, which is off the freeway en-route to Howick Falls, where they will need to complete a clue related to Mandela and then make there way towards the Mandela capture site, whereby they would need to complete a further task.

12H30 Locate Rawdons Brewery, where a brew tasting will be done and a bite for lunch, on the Meander.

14H00 DEPARTURE FROM RAWDONS & CONTINUE ALONG THE MEANDER, UNTIL THEY LOCATE

THE WINE- CELLAR.

15h30 ARRIVE AT QUAD VENUE IN THE CENTRAL BERG.

16h30 DEPARTURE FROM QUAD VENUE & ONTO CHAMPAGNE SPORTS RESORT, FINDING THE 19TH HOLE, (DRINKS AT THE CLUBHOUSE)

INTO TEAMS FOR THE EVENT, AS PER THE CLIENTS BREAKDWN.

DELEGATES WILL BE ISSUED WITH A CRIPTIC CLUE ONCE HAVING COMPLETED THE TASK AT THE CURRENT VENUE.

THE DAYS EVENTS WILL BE RUN ON A POINTS BASIS, TO MAINTAIN A COMPETITIVE EDGE.

CLIENTS ARE ENTERTAINED WHILST IN TRANSIT, ON THE VEHICLE, WITH A CRYPTIC NATAL HERITAGE QUIZ, WHICH IS PART OF THE RACE & WHICH REQUIRES BEING COMPLETED BY ARRIVAL AT THE LAST DESTINATION.

EACH DESTINED VENUE ENSURING THAT TEAMS ARE BRIEFED, PRIOR TO COMMENCING THERE TASK.

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU STILL REQUIRE 9 STOP OFFS, PLEASE ADVISE, AS AM CONCERNED ABOUT TIME CONSTRAINTS.

I have given you the option of using Karkloof Canopy as the adventure of choice, however obviously, should you require using this idea, I will modify, otherwise if your client doesn’t like the idea, we will ignore this option and continue with the quad bike option.

I have attached one of the leading clue options as an example of what race clues they will have en-route.

BUDGET COST INFRASTRUCTURE:

-R250 PER DELEGATE FEE, for the Teambuild facilitation and setup.

-R150 PER DELEGATE FEE FOR LUNCHEON EN- ROUTE.

-Additional costs to be taken into consideration:

Canopy fee per delegate if required

Quad fee per delegate if required

6x Vehicle hire of our vehicles for the day

WHILST ON ROUTE TO YOUR NEXT DESTINATION, YOU WILL NEED TO BYPASS, THE MOST RENOWNED MONUMENT ON THE MEANDER, WHEREBY 9855 DAY’S OF FUTURE TRANSFORMATION IN SOUTH AFRICAN HERITAGE & CULTURE ORIGINATED AND BEGAN.
