Certificate in Electrical Chargeman AO As the Electricity Supply Act 1990 requires all installations or electrical plant equipment be operated under the control of persons possessing Certificates of Competency as a Chargeman, FMM Institute’s Certificate in Electrical Chargeman has been specially developed with an aim to create a pool of certified electrical professionals in Malaysia.
