aspirations in FMCG industry, fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and Southern Africa.The selected applicants will kick off their career with a 3-year paid graduate program in one of the largest food companies in the world – Mars, Inc. During the first 12 months of the program the participants will be based in Vienna, Austria. After successfully passing the end-of-placement development review, they will be given the opportunity to spend the next 2 years in 2 different countries in Europe or Southern Africa.
