Scholarship: The Foundation’s Third Annual Scholarship recipient is Victoria Querry, chosen from a field of eight applicants

of the Foundation, and a very persuasive essay. Victoria’s qualifications are commendable and she is wished all the best by

the Board of Trustees.

SPECIAL RESOLUTION TO CONDUCT BUSINESS VIRTUALLY

Be it resolved the Apollo-Ridge Board suspends applicable Apollo-Ridge School District policies to authorize the conduct of this

regular meeting of the Board of School Directors via video conference in consideration of the public health concerns and directives

arising from the COVID 19 pandemic. Notice of such action, along with information for the general public to access and to provide

comment during the meeting, has been posted at the Administration Office and to the Apollo-Ridge School District website and

provided to the media.

Be it resolved that the Apollo-Ridge Board approves payment of District and Bond Issue Bills for the period April 29, 2020, through

May 15, 2020, in the amount of $ 37.594,155 , and the Treasurer’s Report for April 2020.

Resolution A-2

Be it resolved that the Apollo-Ridge Board approves the transportation agreement with Armstrong County Children, Youth, and

Family Services as marked Exhibit A-2.

Resolution A-3

Be it resolved that the Apollo-Ridge Board approves the transportation agreement with Indiana County Children and Youth

Services as marked Exhibit A-3.

Resolution A-4

Be it resolved that the Apollo-Ridge Board approves the transportation agreement with Butler County Children and Youth Services

as marked Exhibit A-4.

Resolution A-5

Be it resolved that the Apollo-Ridge Board approves an educational services agreement with Adelphoi Education Inc. as marked

Exhibit A-5.

Resolution A-6

Be it resolved that the Apollo-Ridge Board approves the 2020-2021 Preliminary General Fund Budget in the amount of

$26,330,836.
